  • 2015 Golf Super Car

5 out of 5 starsby Lawkey on 07/29/2015

Just leased an new 2015 Golf at Cardinale Way in Corona CA. Wonderful car that was matched by a equally wonderful buying experience. Have purchased and leased from them before including service center has always been exemplary.

  • Didn't get that feeling.

Although not disrespectful, their internet sales team will avoid giving you a direct price to compare with other dealers. They constantly tell you to ''come in and make a deal'', ''come in and look at our inventory''. These tactics to get you to come in and put you on the spot do buy a car is exactly why I avoided going into dealerships directly, and why I bought my car via the internet. I did a lot of research before I bought my car, and it seems as if they target those who do no research to make a substantial profit on them. It is true that you cannot accurately judge one dealer to another for price if the cars you're comparing are not exactly the same, but the internet sales representative from this dealership gave me those high pressure sales vibes which is what I told him I wanted to avoid in the first place. Somebody who had done business with Power VW confirmed my suspicions after I inquired about their Jetta GLI, so this is perhaps their standard way of doing business. ...but if you want to buy your car in a place that looks pretty, buy there. I passed it on my way to another dealership and it looked fantastic!

  • Wonderful and Pleasant Experience for a First-Time Buyer

I recently purchased a 2013 VW Tiguan, and I had a very fun experience at the CardinaleWay VW Dealership. The day that I bought my car, I went in with the sole intent of driving the Tiguan again because I couldn't get it out of my mind. Earlier in the week, I had test driven the Tiguan at another VW dealership and two other compact SUVs at other dealerships. I was approached by Booker T. Washington C., Jr. who gave me such a wonderful and thorough test drive. The length of the test drive was longer than that of the ones I received at other dealerships. It really gave me a better feel for the car and a greater understanding of the luxe features the Tiguan offered. After the drive, Booker and I discussed what trim I was interested in when he realized I was already in their system (I had expressed interest in the Tiguan online and had received emails from their Internet Manager). It was then that I was introduced to Omar M., who helped me with numbers. Both Booker and Omar worked together to help me get a good deal for my car. Omar was very pleasant and easy to work with, especially since this was my first time buying a car (and on my own, too!). He was honest, respectful, and kind. I actually ended up buying that day because I felt that - in addition to the above - their prices were fair. Regina, the Finance Manage, helped me seal the deal! Since my new Tiguan wasn't on the lot that day, I went to pick it up the following day. Omar, who actually had the day off, came in anyway to hand me my keys and introduce me to "Tiggy." It was a fabulous and pleasant experience. 5/5 stars, easy.

  • Very Good to Deal with

Purchased a 2013 Passat TDI SEL on Friday 7/12/2013. The salesman Omar M. was very pleasant to work with, no high pressure sales pitch. The finance manager Michael M. was equally pleasant to work with. Overall the experience was good, compared to other dealers I have dealt with over the years. I feel we got a good deal and got what I was asking for my trade. I did do research on the net before going to the dealer and got the internet pricing.

  • They lie and disrepectful

I called and confirm with them that they have the car i want before i go there. and in just 20 mins, i arrived at the dealership, but the salesman told me they just traded the car with another dealership and told me that they could get me the car if the price is right. So, i made them my first offer of $25,000 for a car priced at $26,000. 15mins later, the salesman brought his manager back and he said that my offer is ridiculous and i was wasting his time. He talked to me in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way. I have purchased 5+ car so far in my life and i have never been treated that way before.
