    My sales person, Ed Southfield, was very professional and was able to provide great service. He made sure all my questions were answered, and was able to steer me through this car buying experience nearly painlessly. He made sure everything was right with the car and by me before the car was delivered. Well done.

    Ed Southfield is an excellent salesman. He was not a bit forward like most of your salesman are these days. We purchased a 2014 CX5 SUV, Ed answered all of our questions and then some. He was very knowledgeable. This is the second Mazda we have gotten from him. Your very fortunate to have such a great salesman.

    Meeting and dealing with Ed Southfield has made all the difference in purchasing my new car. He has been fair, informed, helpful and professional from the start. I had doubts and reservations about the Cerritos Browning Mazda dealership coming in, and my first experience on the lot was poor without Ed, but I returned a week later, met Ed, and everything turned around for the better. I purchased my Mazda6 from Browning largely due to Ed Southfield.

    I wanted to take the time to pay compliment to the dealership and especially to Ed Southfield my salesman. Ed was never pushy in our sales transaction, in fact we felt very comfortable every step of the way to completion. Ed went way out of his way to help us find what we were looking for in a new automobile. We ended up purchasing a 2014 CX5 and could not be more happy with our purchase. In fact we have purchased two automobiles as of date from Ed.. The Browning dealership is very fortunate to have on their team. Thank You to the whole dealership and especially Ed.

    I was impressed with all the expertise and customer service I received her at Browning Mazda. I was a little nervous I wasn't going to find the deal I wanted, well I gotta hand it to my salesman ARMANDO, he was amazing!! He is very knowledgeable and patient! I didn't need to look elsewhere I got the car I was hoping to get with a GREAT deal. I would definitely recommend Browning Mazda to anyone looking for a car. Ask for Armando he is AMAZING!!     I am one who walks on to a car dealership expecting the worst. So, imagine how unprepared I was by the low pressure, congenial, professional and sincere sales department at Browning Mazda. From Tony who guided us to the right car (Mazda 3 Grand Touring) to Edward Southfield who gave amazing customer care. George Diaz made sure that our financial matters were a breeze and to top it off Henry the GM came to wish us luck and ZoomZoom! The service folks were kind upon meeting us, too! Looking forward to recommending this dealership to others who are as skeptical as I was! For what it is worth- there was very little haggling - the price quoted by the dealership was fair and honest. No BS... just say'in.

    This is by far the best Mazda dealership I went to when searching for my new car. Steve was SO helpful. He never pushed me, but simply showed me what they had in stock for what I was looking for. He has a lot of product knowledge and made sure I left that lot knowing everything I needed to know. Sam, Angie, and Wendy were also very helpful in getting me the best deal I could get. I am a proud owner of a Mazda3 i sport thanks to them!

    I recently used your "get a dealer price" tool. It found only one Mazda dealership in the area it searched, Browning. Several years ago I bought a car from them, even though I knew more about the car than the salesman, and had to correct him several times as he spouted facts about the car. It turned out we were there on the last day of the month and they must have really needed to make a sale because they wouldn't let us leave. The car was for my wife and she really wanted it so we made the deal. Later we found out that they had lied about the Lojack system being movable to another vehicle. When approached about that the sales manager called the salesman in and gave him some grief and we got floor mats for our new car as a gift. I noticed when we got home that the matts didn't fit right, that was because they were from the previous model of the car and not designed for our car. We use an independent mechanic and try to stay out of dealerships unless it's warranty work, and it seems the battery for our car (Miata) is a special model that we needed to get from a dealer. When that happened the first time it took Browning 3 hours to change the battery. It's in the trunk, you lift the matt and release one bolt to free it. As a parting gift they washed her car, not noticing that one window was not all the way up. So they got the inside of the car wet. Now when they got my recent email query for a price on a CX-5 I immediately got emails from 3 different people from Browning saying they were on my request and would have a price soon. It's been over 14 days and no price yet. How long does it take to walk out and look at the sticker on a car window and email that price to me? The next day I got a call from a gentleman from Browning asking when I'd like to come in and buy the car. I told him I just wanted their price as I'm looking at other makes and I need to sell my existing car first. He said he'd call me back in a week. 15 days and no call back, which is just fine with me. For over 13 years Browning has been a disappointment to us, and they continue to stay that way.

    Had a great time purchasing my Mazda , I wasn't stalked by car salesmen which was the case at other dealers, they were very patient, and when I finally made my decision the process was very quick, didn't take more than an hour, Ed was my salesman.

    This Dealership claim that they are No. 1 in the S. Cal and no other dealership can beat their price and stock, unfortunately the truth is that no other dealership can beat their BS and lies. Long story short! Got an offer by their floor manager with an outrageous OTD price. Then I walk out and enjoy a nice dinner with friends. Second day, the Internet sales manager DJ called a few times and asked me to go back. I told him that I already got an offer from other dealership (same trim/color/spec) for $835 less. I told him I am not interested in driving 50 minutes down to the dealership and waste my time. DJ promised that if the offer on black and white from other dealership, he will honor that price and beat that price. So, I went in expecting to get that price (X). Original (First Day) Browning Mazda ask me to pay (X + 835) + Tax & Fee Now they said this will be the final price X + Tax & Fee WRONG!!! After I present the offer on black & white, DJ said due to the color preference, he will need to add $200 for them to balance out cost. SURE! Then he said his boss wouldn’t sell at (X + 200), and ask me to add another 185. Then he said his boss give the final offer (X + 785)… WTH??? I decided that this is such a scam and he said (X + 585) is the final offer of his boss. Whatever! So I said, I don’t have time to be wasted here. Give me an final offer. Then we will have a deal. Ok, he finally offer a price. Not the best but I do not want to keep on wasting my time here. So I said, bring me the paper with OTD price, then we will sign. Guess what… he came back with the price that’s $174 more of what we had agreed on ??? He said that this is for the color preference. EXCUSE ME!!! Didn’t you add 200 already for the color preference???????????? So, they said the best offer they can give is (X + 785). So, DJ promised to give you X for the price. And want you to pay for (X + 785) as the sale price??? This is such a scam and unprofessional act. I am ready to write an official complain to Mazda HQ and complain Browning Mazda for their utmost unprofessional act.

    I got the quote on the net and they honored the offer when we got there. They were serious about the $500 loyalty rebate so we had to track down my brother for his Mazda's registration which we couldn' get until later that night. We insisted on taking the car with us and come back later with the registration and they let us. Overall, it was a no hassle buy but the time was not spent very well. We had to wait a lot for the paper work. Fiance manager knew well enough not to push for extended warranty or any extra services.

    Best experience I could've hoped for. Looking for a Mazda 5, e-mailed 15 Mazda dealerships in the LA area, followed up with the ones that were serious, and Browning came out the winner. Brian, my sales rep, was straightforward, honored his OTD price (actually came in a little under), and didn't bother with needless dickering (except on my trade-in, and let's face it, I was happy to get a couple hundred for that). The process was pretty lengthy, since we walked out with the car at the end and there was a lot of paperwork to go through, but I was very happy with the overall experience. They were professional and respectful, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

    These are the most disorganized, sleazy and unprofessional car salespeople I've ever encountered. Worst of all, they aren't to be trusted, so you waste time even dealing with them. I contacted Browning to buy a car over the Internet, and had 4-5 "Internet Sales Managers" repeatedly emailing and calling me several times a week, with various and uncoordinated deals. There were promises of $1800 below invoice and .9% interest for 60 months...bogus quotes that were never put on a contract because their obvious MO is to trick people into coming into the dealership and raising the price over the course of several hours in an attempt to wear the customer down and get him to agree to a higher price. This is sleazy and unprofessional, and DJ is particularly bad. I wouldn't waste a minute with this dealership.
