Vic was very helpful and answered all of my husband’s questions even his texts in the… middle of the night. by GotScam on 04/07/2025I was mislead by Mercedes Benz dealer when I bought a C-300. When I read the Carfax report, I asked the dealer if there are 2 sets of keys and they said that “they should have two sets of keys”. I asked several times but they said that they… will checked. When I signed off the contract and I asked again where is the spare key they said that they only have one set of keys and that the car is sold as is. They should have told me to at in the first place and not be dishonest about it. During the test drive, the right rear tire has low tire air low tire pressure, they told me that it just needed air. It turns out that the tire has a big screw to the side of the tire. I had to replace it 2 days later after I bought the car. I tried to reach out the dealership about getting another spare key, but they did not return my calls.Hello, We regret to hear that you have had this experience with us. Amazing experience

Unlike the others, when I asked for numbers, they gave me a straight answer—no games, just a transparent and honest… experience. The sales associate, Vardges (Vic), and his manager, David, were amazing. They treated me with the utmost respect, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He searched his lot inventory for the exact interior color that I wanted. He was friendly… and very personal! The transaction was quick and easy.
