The salesperson I dealt with was named Darren and I thought he was very friendly and helpful. At no time did I feel pressured. The… dealership itself is quite large with a lot of cars in stock. It has a comfortable waiting area with good coffee and snacks available. It is in a convenient location, near Burlingame Avenue on Auto Row. I'm happy with my new car and pleased with the deal I got.Bait and Switch
by westharland on 03/30/2013updated 06/02/2025Apparently, the Internet salesperson likes to use the "old bait and switch technique". They run a generic ad on Craigslist to attract attention then claim this particular vechicle was damaged and move to a used lot. "But we can help you… find what you need". It happened twice to me over a two month period. It's possible but it's highly unlikely....really. I wished I kept the orginial message because I suspect it's a form letter. By the way, I did get the Toyota I wanted from one of your competitors.
