Great staff, very helpful
by Allen1978 on 11/25/2015I went in to look at a 2012 used enclave and Mike helped me - he was very knowledgeable and upfront with all pricing - I'm still looking but will consider Putnam Buick when I make my final decision.Do not buy a car from this dealer!
by cyama on 08/12/2010I have bought many cars throughout my life and this by far was the worst experience ever. They will promise you anything just to get you to sign on the dotted line. Their staff is rude and unhelpful. Do not expect them to actually honor… any "work due" contracts that they provide when buying a used vehicle. when we returned our vehicle with the "work due", we had to call numerous times for status updates, with no one ever knowing what was going on. I'd be transferred to this and that person, and half the time disconnected. When I finally got ahold of the sales person who sold us the vehicle "Charlie" all I got from him was him yelling at me that this repair was costing them more than they had anticipated. And that they weren't going to honor the other work due items on the contract. When we got to pick up our car, nope, the "big" problem that cost so much to fix was not really fixed, but was glossed over and repainted. Round 2, problem still not fixed, and they still refuse to deal with the other issues on the "work due" form. Shady and dishonest company. I wish I had read reviews on them before we purchased, as they have horrible reviews posted all over Yelp.com. oh - ps. beware, a month after buying my vehicle I got a new registration card in the mail from DMV - on the vehicle we had traded in. We were listed as the "Registered Owner" and the dealership was put in as the "legal owner". Upon a call to DMV they advised to send in my own release of liablity because it was confusing as to whether we "re bought" our old vehicle back or not.Sales Representative
by jay256 on 08/28/2013updated 08/05/2025My sales rep was Rosario. I found Rosario to be very friendly and accommodating while making us feel at ease. He was upfront with me and my girlfriend from the start offering us beverages while we waited which made us feel comfortable.… Truly an outstanding professional with excellent communication and customer service skills.Don't shop here
by roller22 on 04/02/2011updated 08/05/2025This dealership sucks. I bought a brand new truck in 2004 and the experience was long (three days). I took a hold of the truck at night and did not notice it had protective tape in the lower paneling. I attempted to take it off the but… couldn't. I took the truck to the dealership but they refused and said it was not their responsibility. I sold the truck and purchased a GMC in 2008. After six years, in 2010, I returned to their service department. No change, I had a a dead battery and they told me they replaced it. Liars, it died on me two days later, all they did was to recharge it. It took them two days to recharge it and they refused to give me a cheap rental. I took it back again, and the service man asked why I had given them such bad ratings. I explained it to him and he actually took care of me. This was after my first experience and second. I never received an online evaluation after the third time, suspicious.. Everything is a struggle with these people. Run, don't walk away. Too bad the GMC dealership down the street closed. It should have been Stewart Chevrolet that should have been shut down....
