    Purchase a corvette at community Chevrolet , my sail man Oscar Gutierrez was very friendly and helpful showing me the features and taking me on a test drive, the best part he wasn’t pushy like other salesman and he was honest, I wish more salesmen were like that,

  • Buying Chevrolet Bolt EV Premier

    First they did not consider me a serious buyer, when I told them I was in Los Angeles convention center and interested with Chevrolet Bolt EV, They automatically directed me to Community Chevrolet, where I got multiple updates when actual Bolt will be in their lot. When I got notified on January 3, 2017, that they have the car for test drive, they told me that I should have put a deposit for preserving the car. To cut the story short on Friday January 13, 2017 I have been notified that someone had backed off a pre ordered car that matches my desired description. I immediately stoped by the dealership and completed the transaction. There wasn't any options to add or decline, also there was not any room for incentive nor any room for negotiating the price, 'I was glad that there was no mark up' I had excellent orientation and demonstration of all the features by Oscar Linares.

    My sales expert Steven Born was absolutely amazing and made my first car lease experience stress free and 100% comfortable. Brett Baker in accounting dept. was also great and I was completely at ease and we'll informed throughout the entire process. I am very happy I chose Chevrolet in Burbank rather than a closer location.

    Oscar sales manager was very patient and knowledgeable about the products Chevy has to offer. I keep sharing my positive experience I had at the Burbank Chevy dealership. I went to other Chevy dealerships within the area and they had zero patients and NO knowledge or understanding that the customer comes first. All they wanted to do was to sell a product. I recommend to all my friends at the hospital where I work at to seeing Oscar at the Burbank Chevy dealership we are guaranteed to get a great deal.

  • Good purchase experience

    It was great. Anasheh and the Internet Sales Team did a fantastic job helping me and tracking down the vehicle I wanted. My only concern is with the choice of banks for my loan. I have heard/read TERRIBLE things about Compass Bank, which greatly concerns me. I would have been much happier to have been presented my options in banks before the financing was done.

    I was not hustled or pressured when I leased my new car. My salesperson Harry talked to me like a normal person. Service was very responsive and accommodating. Everyone there from finance, to other sales people, mechanics, service dept., everyone, was really nice to me and seemed like people of good character. The waiting area and showrooms had nice big windows and was very clean. I now like going to the dealership instead of dreading it! I am anticipating a long relationship with Community Chevrolet.

    even though i was leasing a relatively inexpensive auto, with all sorts of incentives, (Spark EV) I felt as though they treated me the same way they would treat someone buying a high end vehicle like a Corvette! (Very well).

    I live our of Community Chevrolet's area but when I serched online they responded with the best price. I contacted them and they had my truck waiting for me when I got there and did not spend more than 30 minutes completing the transaction. I have had absoutely no problems at all with there service.

    I recently leased a 2013 Volt from Ned G. at Community Chevrolet, and I was very pleased with the experience. Absolutely no pressure. I knew exactly what I wanted, so I'm sure that helped. However, both Ned and Badie seemed very genuine and worked hard to get me the best price they could. They even honored another dealer's discounted price. Come in informed and you should have a good experience as well. Good luck!

    went in to buy a new diesel pickup trk. told the salesman to give me his best cash price. 3/4 ton duramax. he checked with another man and came back with the best price of list on the windshield. i walked out and he asked where r u going? leaving i replied. i can buy one online anywhere in usa for far less than list price. oh, we were going to give u the tax, title and tag. nothanks. bought elsewhere for ten thousand less. no wonder GM went bankrupt. greed kills a business.
