Sales Experience

I had to call several times to get the services set up, and the sales team was slow to respond. Bryon, the service guy, was fantastic! We had some issues… initially, but he worked hard to resolve them. Do not use the salesperson, Alex, as he was not genuine, failed to deliver high valued customer service and did a terrible job of following up and following through. For the MBZ online services, this should have been set up before I left the store. Being unaware of the services available to me, the salesperson should have provided a thorough walk-through of the functionality, but this guy didn't even offer to do this. Just sold the car and pretty much walked away. I expected more from the dealership, and outside of the service team, the experience was less than desirable.Great Mercedes Dealer

Pricing was very competitive (best price of any Mercedes dealer in LA/OC/IE) and the whole car buying process was smooth. They… treated me well and was very professional and nice. They did not try to trick me or bait and switch or aggressively oversell me. I didn’t need to test drive. I was pretty certain that was the car I wanted it. Remote Purchase Made Easy

A Cab with low mileage came up at House of Imports a few hundred miles from my… home. I contacted them and Nick Salama worked with me. As I had never purchased a car remotely before, Nick and the people at House of Imports walked me through the process, including the arrangement of the car to my door. Everything went smoothly and I am now enjoying the car. The sales person I worked with was Moua Nia, and she made my experience EXCEPTIONAL! From… the time I arrived at the dealership (I drove in from out of town and had a pre scheduled appointment with her)… I was treated very well, she was prepared, was expecting me, had reviewed the car fax and all other information about the pre-owned vehicle with me, the vehicle was detailed, and ready for me to test drive. She was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle in all aspects and went out of her way to make sure I was having my questions answered. This dealership was a high end Mercedes Benz dealership and even though I was not buying an expensive vehicle, she didn’t treat differently, I left there feeling like I had red carpet treatment by her and would definitely purchase from there again! Vehicle missing items
by Neil Chand on 02/01/2024After purchasing my 2022 Audi Q8 on 2/29/24, the dealer gets my vehicle detailed and I come to find out that the drivers side floor mat is missing, what makes it even worst is that the fact my vehicle was supposed to include two key fobs… and they sent me home with only one and told me we will look and see if we can find the other copy of key fob. How does this all make sense for a supposed 5 star dealership, I don't know? Great Exeprience!

Ceaser was expecting us and walked us through the features of the car. I was sold after the test drive and we… sat down and was presented with a offer sheet with the listed price - no haggling or upswell- so refreshing. Within 5 minutes we had a deal. Waited only 15 minutes for financing and was out the door just about an hour after we arrived with a freshly detailed beautiful car. George in financing was great and efficient. Excellent experience

The sales person did a good job in showing me all the different models of S580, including the electric and hybrid options, as well as the gasoline car. Being… able to compare the merits and demerits of each car, along with the pricing and promotions, have been really helpful in making my decision. I finally have decided with S580e plug-in hybrid. The S580e plug-in hybrid is good fit for my needs. With my daily driving distance of about 30 miles, it is great that the car run on electricity for the first 50 miles before switching to gasoline. And being able to charge the car fully at home with a 50 A charger in just less than 3 hours is really convenient. I am satisfied with my purchase and that the plug-in hybrid feature allows me to save a lot of gas while also providing the peace of mind of being able to switch to gasoline if needed.Hello Esther, thank you for your positive review.
