I was nervous about buying a new car on my own, especially as a woman, and I did a lot of research over the past several months. I also visited other Audi dealerships in the area and… negotiated prices prior to my appointment with Audi Beverly Hills. Audi Beverly Hills completely put me at ease, and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Eric was so personable and genuine and really helped me come to the right decision regarding which car was best for me. We negotiated an excellent deal I thought was very fair. Alex was my sales agent, and again, I felt very comfortable with him. No fast talking or pressure. I was able to go through the process at my own pace which was really nice because buying a car is a big purchase, and I didn't go get buyer's remorse when it was all said and done. Alex was very thorough in answering all my questions when comparing the coupe and the convertible. Everyone at the dealership was very patient and helpful. Alex even walked down the street to pick up my car from the meter and parked it inside. Once I purchased my car, Alex sat in my new car with me for an hour thoroughly walking me through all the features of my new S5. We even drove around the block to ensure my GPS was set up correctly and was in the display mode I preferred. David walked me through the Audi Care/Term Care options and services. No pressure at all and he was very professional and personable. Felt like I was working with a friend instead of being pressured to buy something I didn't believe I needed. Super nice guy! Everyone at the dealership went above and beyond to take care of me and make me feel comfortable. I was so pleasantly surprised with my car buying experience. I purchased my car and departed the dealership feeling very happy with the great deal and service I received. No buyer's remorse. I highly recommend Audi Beverly Hills. You won't be disappointed. Bad Experience !!!!!!!!!!!!! (Audi Beverly Hills)

I have Audi TT 2010 Lease from Audi that about to expire about 2 month from now. I walked to the showroom to look for a new car, I start to negotiate on a new Audi… TT the same car that I have , The price for the car that they had on display was sticker price less expensive than my car in more than $ 5000.00 , I ask to pay less monthly payment since the car is cheaper. He told me that they cannot do it cheaper, They can at the same price as Im paying right now. I told them that I will come back on Monday if yes Ill take the car and sigh for it. The day After Matt contacted me and asks me if I wanted to sell my Audi to them, because they are missing Audi 2010 in stock. I came back on Monday and I found out that because they saw I want car so bad, they said that cannot do it for the same price and I need to add more money and they just lied to me, This is just scam, This is not the way to do business like that, they were changing price all the time. Best Service I've Had EVER
by mbains on 09/03/2013updated 08/03/2025First of all for people putting bad reviews because they wouldn't give you a price over the phone or internet. You gotta realize the best deal you are going to get is at the dealer. Know the dealer has to make money and you gotta get a deal… also. Check for a fair price for both you and the dealer and tell them it's either that price or im leaving. Simple. Make sure it is a fair price and then let them know when it comes time to negotiate for the car you are purchasing. I went on the internet and already knew which car i wanted. The internet guy told me to come in and ask for JC. He is like the manager of the dealer or something. So me and my parents went in and asked for him then he handed us off to Daniel M. I can't say enough good things about this guy. Right off the bat he made me feel comfortable the way he greeted me. He made me feel more like a friend than a customer. Which is good customer service. The conversation never stopped between us and there was none of that awkward silence. Haha. Honestly though if your going to buy ask for this guy. He is so chill and is easy to get along with. The thing i like about him the most is he is genuine and real versus many other sales people who put on a fake smile and try laughing all the time. LOL. I was looking at a Audi A5 Glacier White Metallic. So we test drove the car. Everything went well. Then it came time to negotiate. So i had a set price in my mind knowing the value of the car and i gave a fair price and did not budge. Overall it took about 10 minutes to get the deal done. There was a little back and forth but i knew a fair price in my mind and was not trying to push for every $1 i could get off price. Thank You Dan i'm sure ill come by the dealer at some point and say what's up to him. I have a positive review for the dealer because of the service Dan gave me. As you can see one sales person can reflect a person's opinion of the whole dealership. I will be sending anyone i know interested in buying an Audi to Dan. Another plus of buying here was i get free car washes at any fletcher jones! That means i can go to the mercedes fletcher jones 5 minutes from my house and get a car wash! Fantastic Customer Service and smooth transaction

She showed us around the dealership asking if she could give us a refreshment or anything… to make us more comfortable. After test driving the car she was fantastic to work with in securing a deal and getting all the paperwork done. We met with the finance manager and had the documents signed in no time. The general manager came in while we were signing the documents to say he appreciated our business and explain the benefits of buying from Fletcher Jones. We had a few items that we needed done to the new car so they are now going to personally drive the car to us this week and hand deliver it, most dealers would just say come pick it up. Needless to say I got handled from the moment I walked into that place and was sold a car that had no business being on the sales floor as certified. First their salesperson initials S.T. (hint he has an accent) was very much your typical car sales man who talked fast and put down other Audi dealerships, mainly he kept telling me this isn't Audi of Van Nuys but Beverly hills.. I guess that should have been my first clue I was about to be taken.. Second clue: when I asked why the brakes where grinding he informed me they had been replaced during the certification process. I had to ask for the paperwork about four times, in between the wheeling and dealing with the numbers man he finally showed me a piece of paper that said Q5, new brakes, but took it back..Still don't know if this was for my car.. Third clue: he kept telling me that this car had almost 4yrs of full warranty left, part manufactures and part their certified warranty. I must have asked him 2-3 times if everything is covered even things like navigation and he repeatedly told me yes. But, when I asked the man who goes over Purchase agreement he informed that wasn't true.. I should have gotten up right then and there and walked away and never looked back. 1) The next day after work when I actually got to really look at and explore my new car. I noticed the back part of the roof was extremely scratched up and the spoiler was scratched and chipped also. It turns out that there were also several holes in the back window tint as well. 2) I wrote a letter to their customer experience manager Kim explaining my feelings and my expectation about having bought a certified pre-owned Audi from them. She asked me to send pictures and I did, after speaking a few times, they agreed to fix the damage to the car. 3) After 7 days I got my car back, I noticed the front driver's side fender was not on properly; it had shifted and was now higher than the hood. Also the front drivers side headlight had also shifted, was not attached properly. They swear it wasn't the body shop. There was also over-spray from the paint job on my sunroof and hood. 4) They said headlight was broken, they had to order one, while waiting for that to come in my hatchback latch broke. The Front left side of car still screwed up 5) Back bumper moves is not on car correctly, moves 6) Under carriage broke, they tried to charge me, I called Audi America it got covered 7) Radio is screwed up, says it antenna,this time they blamed the body shop they sent my car to, they have my car for nine days, comes back worse then it went in AUDI OF BEVERLY HILLS YOU DO NOT OFFER ME PIECE OF MIND HAVING BOUGHT A CERTIFIED USED CAR FROM YOU!!! 8)On OCT 19th I took the car to CARMAX to see what I could get for it, well was I in for a surprise, the roof was not the only part of this car to be repainted the passengers side back door and bumper have been as well.. I took it to different dealership for these things cause Bev Hills does not do quality work.. 9)Back seat wouldn't come back up and Navigation wasn't working properly, they fixed both. 10)they tried to fix the radio for me, did an update it works a little better, this is quote about front of car on my paper work --"During inspection found left front fender not align correctly causing headlight to stick out. Customer advised left front grill is cracked. Headlight adjusted best as possible, needs to go to body shop to have fender and hood align." AUDI OF BEVERLY HILLS I DO NOT HAVE PEACE OF MIND HAVING BOUGHT A CERTIFIED USED CAR FROM YOU!!! I have had this car since June 20th and they had it for 23 days for service and those things they said they fixed are not fixed. Apparently Audi of Beverly Hills believes if its not on the CARFAX report its OK to cover things up. You don't shove a CARFAX in someones face over and over again as a selling tool when you know it to be false. AUDI OF BEVERLY HILLS I DO NOT HAVE PEACE OF MIND HAVING BOUGHT A CERTIFIED USED CAR FROM YOU!!!Dear Rachel, I understand that you have spoken with our Guest Relations Rep several times, and had a meeting with Chris and Omar to look at the car again last Wednesday. It is evident that the car has been damaged several times after purchase. After the purchase on 6/2013, you called a few days later & stated that we delivered the car to you with rear end damage. It looked like the car had hit the top of a parking garage. We good willed the repairs. Shortly after the front headlight clip broke, which was covered under Warranty...repairs were completed. Your radio had an issue which was promptly addressed. All of these things happened after the fact. We are here to help you and want you to be happy. Please let us know how you wish to proceed. It was exhausting and we ran into some real scummy dealers along the way. When we finally reached Audi Beverly Hills, we knew our search was over. The… staff is extremely helpful and most importantly they didn't push us to make a sale. Peter in particular was exceptional. He helped us pin point the car we wanted and had a straight talking style that was SO refreshing after being run around by salesman at other non-Audi dealerships. He ultimately found our dream car and followed through with all of his promises. JC (mgr) and David (finance) were great too. Did I mention that we love our car?! We couldn't be happier! Best Car Transaction Ever !

Got none of that! Never met this sales associate before, but I will always go… back to Alex S. He immediately won my confidence through his sensitivity for my unique situation, his knowledge of the cars' features as well as other aspects of the overall process, and his earnest and professional attitude. I was comfortable that he would be my advocate, and everything worked out. I was out of there in 90 minutes with my snappy new car, an Audi customer for life. The dealership is beautifully appointed, and they have paid a lot of attention to details -- all of their cars get unlimited free car washes and they provide free rental cars for when my car is being serviced. I used to go to whatever dealership was close to me, but I will only be going to this one in the future.Thank you for your feedback! More Than Happy

I got a great price (based off Truecar) and the staff was very nice, they spent over an hour with me setting up the Bluetooth, going over every set up detail, etc. I didn't get… everything I asked for, but I can't imagine anyone does and I'm very happy with this dealer. Avoid this dealership
by chaos831 on 04/26/2012updated 08/03/2025I was totally frustrated by the tactics of Beverly Hill Audi. I was looking for a car that was in extremely short supply nationwide. BH Audi kept calling and emailing saying they had plenty of them available and asking for me to drive to… their dealership. I had been at another dealer and watched as he searched Audi's nationwide database of vehicles and knew there were only two possible cars in the U.S. BH Audi said they have 680 cars allocated to them, more than any other dealer, and no one can see what their inventory is. They said that they don't list all of their inventory on their website. They kept pressuring me to drive up to their dealership. I repeatedly asked for details on cars that met my specifications and they ignored my requests, just telling me to drive up and meet with them. They finally sent me a link to their online inventory, which didn't have the car I wanted. All I can say is that this dealership is a classic bait and switch operation. Avoid internet pricing from this dealer
by hnl808 on 03/03/2012updated 08/03/2025Was contacted by internet rep who invited me to come down to the dealership and go over options and pricing. After constant phone calls and emails from the rep, I finally emailed him to say to just give me his best price on the requested… configuration since I had already test driven the car and received a quote from another dealer. Said they only can quote MSRP per mfr. restrictions but would meet or beat whatever price I was quoted. Told him if that's the case then they should not participate on no obligation quote sites if all they want to do is resort to traditional sales tactics of getting customers to come in. Basically told him that this was a deceptive trade practice because in fact the customer has an "obligation" to come in to get a quote --- the other area Audi dealers did not seem to have an issue providing an on line quote. After mentioning that I was going to let Edmunds as well as Audi know about this he referred me to this GSM. The GSM said he doesn't bother with internet pricing because all people do is play one dealer off another. He ended up working directly with me and offered to match the other dealer's price and throw in free car washes. I thanked him for his time but passed. I could tell by his tone of voice that he was annoyed by this situation but as the GSM he had to do the right thing and at least talk with me,which I appreciated. I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone who is seeking internet price quotes. Comparison shopping is exactly the reason why people shop on the internet so if they rather not provide quotes in this fashion they should simply not pay to be on sites such as yours. It is a waste of time for everyone, arrogant on the dealer's part given they only recently opened their franchise, and stains the Audi brand. Totally negative experience and sales tactics unbecoming a luxury car dealer. I've owned 3 Audis in the past and I have never had an unpleasant experience such as this. I even went to BMW because of this and was provided a competitive internet quote with no strings attached. Internet shoppers beware. Don't waste your time on getting an internet quote from this so called "premier" dealer.Thank you for taking the time to inform us of your recent experience. While I do understand your frustration I hope that you understand that our goal is to provide you with the best price while providing value and a memorable experience, thus the reason why we asked to meet with you in person. Not only was I dealing with a Pushy Salesman (BEN), but when I finally went in to get my Tahoe… appraised, as I was on a test drive, an employee at Audi Beverly Hills stole most of my belongings which they thought I wouldn't notice but failed to leave the expensive stuff like my Subwoofers, Garmin Navi, etc knowing the second I pulled off the lot I would have noticed the missing items... I have called the dealership plenty of times and have been treated very rudely by Management, I have also asked several times and several Managers to whom I have spoken with to view their surveillance camera footage since they did confirm with myself about 5 times that their location is heavily surveillance and the only response I have received is we will let you know the outcome... I know I have a RIGHT, specially after being violated in such way, to view these surveillance tapes, why are they scared to show me if they believe their employee's would never do such an act.... NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHADY ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! All workers there are [non-permissible content removed]! I cannot go on thinking that someone A.) at an AUDI dealer, and B.) at a BEVERLY HILLS car dealer, that I would have gotten my belongings stolen.... Where is the Respect/Loyalty/Appreciation/Commitment/TRUST??? This world is in the shady muck it is in due to shady/untrustworthy scum bags like your employee's. If you walk in this dealer, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND WALK RIGHT BACK OUT! They will find a way to SCAM you! I have taken my truck to CarMax, 2 Mercedes Benz dealers, Penske Audi, Mckenna Audi, Commonwealth Audi, and not once have I experienced something so drastic and mind boggling as stealing from a potential customer that is willing to spend cash in financial times like these.Hello I am so sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. No Integrity
by mzhao on 07/02/2012updated 08/03/2025I requested a quote from this dealership and got one from Eric Rosenthal, the internet sales manager. We agreed on a deal and a price. We setup an appointment for me to go see the car. Because it was a good deal, I even called him back to… make sure that he's certain he can sell me the car at that price. He said he have spoken with the general manager already and it was agreed upon. I drove 45 minutes from my house to the dealership, only to find out he was not there for our appointment because he had to go to a training class! I was appointed to a new salesperson and he would not accept the deal I made with Eric. After spending a few hours there listening to them trying to convince me to give them more money, I had to leave. I wasted my time and money to go down there because they said I can get the price I wanted. If you couldn't do it, why didn't you just tell me so I didn't have to waste my time to drive down there??? Also, if you knew you weren't going to be there, why did you setup the appointment? I'm really going to give negative reviews on all the car buying websites.
