Loved the dealership and they're sales people. Jake Onorato was very personable, communicates well, answered all our questions and put us at ease.

    I loved how they greeted me. They were kind and caring. I was told about 90 minutes, but it was done a little quicker. I liked the lobby and I also sat at a picnic table outside.

Completed before the estimated time! Thank you and I will be returning to Auburn Toyota for my vehicle's maintenance. It's worth the drive!

    Every time I go to this Auburn service center I am greeted with open arms and big from all of the friendly customer service agents and also, Jeffrey Lewis, and the attendants on the phone, who are taking the appointments! I have been going there for a few years now and never have I been let down they have done so much good work to my car and kept my cost low and been completely professional each and every time… I really can’t say enough praise for these people at Auburn Toyota And the service center in particularly! I hope y’all have a wonderful day! P.A. (2015 Prius with 278,000 miles on it!)

    Our Toyota Service Advisor was Jake McCallum and he was awesome. From the beginning to the end Jake was involved in our service and then some. His attention to detail and keeping me informed of two vehicles I brought in for service was exceptional. Jake instills the confidence that the right parts are going in and recommend work is completed. Jake is the type of service advisor that will keep me coming back to Auburn Toyota.

    After an unpleasant experience at a local Toyota dealer, I decided to try Auburn Toyota. Victoria Buentello was my Service Advisor and was courteous and professional; listening attentively while I described the issue with my vehicle. Tori then explained the service I needed and gave me the estimate. She also found a recall and advised when that could be performed. My vehicle was completed earlier than anticipated; it was a pleasure to work with Tori! Thank you and I will be returning to Auburn Toyota for my vehicle's maintenance. It's worth the drive!

    Nate Olson was my service advisor. He did a magnificent job. My vehicle was taken in for service on time and all the service was done quickly and to a highly professional level. Nate is very courteous and helpful.

    Visited Auburn Toyota for service on my Tacoma truck. Typical service was an hour and a half for an oil change. They have a great pull up area where you’re greeted by an attendant then you asked to go inside and speak with service rep in this case, Donna Bender. She was a pleasure to talk with, and even called me after they did the inspections and recommended. When I came back to the dealership to pick up, the truck was quick and efficient with no issues highly recommend her again.

    Our service advisor Donna Bender did an outstanding job getting us checked in and reviewing the services to be performed. The service was completed quickly and she personally came to find me and had everything ready to see the cashier. Great experience. The newly renovated dealership is a wonderful and comfortable place to wait as well! Thanks!

    I brought my Tacoma in for some maintenance. Donna Bender was my service representative. Donna was very friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. She was quick and concise with the scheduled maintenance plan, and thanked me for bringing my vehicle to Auburn Toyota. Throughout my brief visit, she kept me informed about the service being done, and when the work was completed. She seemed to be on top of her responsibilities and really wanted me to have a great experience, which I did. Donna was very pleasant, and I would definitely return here for service.

    Small Town feel with zero pressure. Unlike the assembly line big city Dealers, you actually feel that both the Dealership, and the Sales Folks, actually are committed to making you feel that you are important, rather than a Mark. When we had difficulties Registering into the Toyota system, Adriane spent considerable time overcoming the system. The Financial portion was also devoid of the hard sell we have experienced in the past.

    I knew I wanted to go with Auburn Toyota because of their stellar reputation I was looking at buying a used car. I worked with Billy Hammell who was both friendly and professional. No pressure; no upselling. I knew I wanted a Toyota RAV4 hybrid. With a $500 hundred dollar refundable deposit I made a decision to go with a 2024 Toyota RAV4 hybrid. After several days I realized I need a bit more time, again no pressure just helpful friendly service. When I’m ready I’m having Mr Hammell work with me again to secure my car. Thank you Auburn Toyota

    The service department was very quick and efficient especially the young lady Victoria Beuntello. She was all smiles and very friendly and knowledgeable. It was so nice to meet someone that obviously loved her job. Thank you Tori for a great experience.

    We are so grateful to Wayne Craft for finding us the RAV4 Prime that I was hoping to get in an even better color than the one I thought I wanted! Wayne is very pleasant and accommodating - no high pressure—and made the purchase of our new car go smoothly and easily for us. Everyone we spoke with at Auburn Toyota were very honest in our discussions.

    I drive a long way to get my Service from this dealership. The Service team is excellent and today I can add two new members Donna Bender and Shane ...... I came in for my annual detailing and Donna Processed that. When I return later in the day, Shane was able to get a replacement key done for my truck even though it was close to closing. Both Donna and Shane were excellent. Also got some helpful information from Andrew Gibbs and Ben Herte regarding my 2023 Venza.
