Loved the dealership and they're sales people. Jake Onorato was very personable, communicates well, answered all our questions and put us at ease.

    I only have my cars serviced at Auburn Toyota they are on time, reliable and honest. Jake McCallum is our service advisor.I always deal with him he’s pleasant honest and efficient.

    Jake Mccallum at Auburn Toyota stepped up and resolved an aggravating starting problem with my Scion FRS. Another foothill Toyota dealer which I won’t name failed repeatedly then lost interest. Jake “bird dogged” the problem relying not just on what the computers told him but applied some good old fashioned brainpower and common sense and figured out it was a faulty $35 switch. Problem solved! Really! I was on the brink is unloading what I thought was a “lemon”. Now I love my car again. No problem since!

    I had contact with the same service rep throughout, Jake McCallum. He provided me with a temporary solution on the spot so I could figure out a time for the real fix. I had to change my appointment a few times and Toyota was completely understanding, no questions asked. Very friendly staff.

    Lee Rafferty has his stuff together. We arrived for service in the rain, outside people standing around idle. Lee came out and told them to get to work getting customers taken care of and out of the rain. He was very attentive to his customers and very polite and into his job! Makes a very good impression of your business. Good job Lee!

    I took my Toyota Prius in for it 90,000 mile check up. Making the appointment was easy. Jake McCallum, the service rep., was friendly and polite when I brought it in. He listened and got the things I wanted done and made sure the things that I didn’t need, we’re not done. He quoted me a price and it was accurate. He called as soon as my car was finished. He told me where to wait and called for my car to be brought around. He noticed that I was still waiting for it 10 minutes later and asked a young man to bring it around. The young man said “Oh, Prius, that ought to be fun” sarcastically which made me feel awkward but that’s ok. I stood at the double doors near where Jake’s counter is and where Jake told me to wait and waited a few more minutes and noticed the young driver came in the other door and into an office. I looked out and saw my car parked on the other side of the drop off drive way a little past the door I wasn’t standing at. So I went and got into it and drove away. Overall my experience dropping off my car was perfect and dealing with Jake was great but the surly young man who brought my car around was weird and put a damper on it. I’ll still come back. I love my Prius so maybe I took the young man’s comment too personally.

    We went in to Auburn Toyota and were greeted and introduced to Roger Cappocchi. Roger helped us through our test drive in 2 cars and explained everything. He assisted in our purchase and walked us through the car. Friendly sales and dealership!

    My husband and I were just going to ‘look’ on a Sunday afternoon. As soon as Mark Neuman greeted us I liked him. Just a nice honest demeanor kinda guy. We ended up buying 2 brand new cars, a Corolla and a Tacoma. Mark worked extra hard for me on the Corolla because I’m on a fixed income. We were so satisfied and have already told lots of our friends and family.

    Jeffrey Lewis was the rep. Seems like a good guy. Very polite and kept me informed. I’m glad my work life was at an earlier time when we were not under surveillance all the time like this. It must really suck for the employees trying to make a humble living.

    I just had my 90K service done and it was completed on time and they even washed it for me, which they don't do anymore. Neal Richardson was very nice and helpful. Everyone there is great.

    Auburn Toyota has serviced my 2008 Prius since 2009 every person working there has been very helpful and pleasant. My car loves them! Get my tires there too.

    Service Rep did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not good with names, but I think his name was Brandon ( someone said he was new to the staff....but he did a great job).

    Mark Neumann at Auburn Toyota in Auburn CA did an excellent job selling us our camry. He was professional, courteous, and we were in and out in no time. We appreciated his respect for our time. We have used this dealership since its conception and will continue.

    Lee Rafferty was our service rep. He arranged for a 60,000 Mile check as our last Maintenance under our service contract although we were slightly early. We have purchased many Toyotas over the years from Auburn Toyota and are extremely pleased with the courteous and prompt service.

    When looking to buy my first car, Auburn Toyota definitely took care of me! They took their time and communicated well with me to ensure that I got the best service I could ever ask for! Thanks to Wayne Craft for helping me throughout the process, could not have had an outstanding salesman to help me in finding my first car and working with me through the details of the process. Auburn Toyota definitely treats you like family, and I would recommend their services to anyone!

    Second chance was spirit with which last visit came about, prior visit year or more ago was not favorable , and was acknowledged as error by Auburn Toyota, die was cast and sought service else where and was not disappointed at Folsom Toyota since for warranty compliance . As a resident of Auburn 20 yrs., always felt local business is first choice to seek out,, so sought out a second chance at home town dealership , intent was minimal service only , end result was not a bad at all ( Jake McCallum) service representative is to credit for change in opinion, .an, ambassador for company. Professional ,empirical, representative for dealership, will consider future service , on this recent re-visit.
