Love my new MDX from Kyle at Weir Canyon Acura!
by Lisa on 12/05/2023Excellent service, fastest car buying process I have ever experienced! Ask for Kyle!Dealership Not To Be Trusted
by Meggan on 03/15/2022I have been going to Weir Canyon Honda/Acura for car leases since 1989. I have had nothing BUT Honda's/Acura's. I have had some good experiences, some not the best, however, this last time is the very last time I will be going back to ANY… Honda/Acura dealership - I will no longer be purchasing this brand of car - I'm OUT. Completely disregarding my long standing LOYALTY to this brand, this dealership chose to commit fraud by significantly reducing the equity I had in the lease I was turning in. To do this, they stooped to bumping up my turn-in mileage to 18,000 in the paperwork when it was actually 8,820. The Finance Manager (Bryan Keroles) made sure to scroll through the details of the paperwork very quickly to get me down to the signature line without me actually seeing all of these details. He assured me everything was correct. I was then contacted two days later telling me I needed to come down and resign the paperwork that same day to show the adjusted mileage of 8,820 by the Salesman, Hooman Kevyan. I had an 850 credit score, however, this place chose to run two credit checks on me. Thank you for that. I have contacted all 3 credit bureau's to dispute this. Additionally, I was not given full credit for the down payment I provided. The numbers in the lease paperwork DO NOT add up. When I contacted Hooman and Bryan about this, I was told this would be explained when I physically came in to re-sign the paperwork. Be transparent Weir Canyon Honda/Acura - the explanation is double-dealing, trickery and deceit. Committing fraud will not be tolerated. That's a promise.Hooman @ Weir Acura is the Man!
by Jeff B. on 04/12/2017I won't waste your time so here's the deal. We've been looking for a Certified Used ILX with the Prem package. There were a few dealers in So Cal that had similar vehicles but nothing close to me. When I learned that Costco also… participated in the CPO program I called the local dealer to get pricing. The local dealer put me on ice so I called Weir Canyon with the same info and they began processing my request. I was immediately put in contact with their Costco rep, Hooman Keyvan. Hooman is a stand up guy. There was no haggling or typical salesmanship tactics. He greeted us and within a few minutes gave us a price $200 below invoice. No negotiation necessary- here's your price. He explained all the vehicle specs and features and took us on a test ride. Not only was he honest he didn't try to sell me a different vehicle or something we didn't want. I never used the Costco pricing prior to this but you'd be an idiot not to. You can't touch their price-period! And you don't have to deal with the pit bulls roaming around the lot. Hooman and his staff were true professionals and made the entire process effortless. So, to wrap this up I was extremely satisfied. If you want the best deal I highly recommend Weir Acura. I'm sure the other guys are good too but from a guy that really hates dealing with salesmen, Hooman is the real deal. He will treat you and your family the way you'd want them to be treated. He's respectful and very knowledgeable. He's an asset to Weir Canyon Acura. So from an average guy, I recommend asking for Hooman.Would Highly Recommend!!
by Bill_Britt on 11/25/2014I have been a part of three car sales with Bruce McCurdy, most recently a TL for me and a MDX for my parents. From the initial phone conversations to the signing of the final documents Bruce was an absolute pleasure to work with. I pride… myself on during tons of research before buying a new car and Bruce was the first salesmen to actually be able to answer questions on features and specs.. plus show how to use all the wonderful technology the car has to offer. I highly recommend Weir Canyon Acura and that's because of my smooth transactions with Bruce. He's a very honest, down to earth guy.awesome service
by jsun12 on 11/15/2014When I first came to this dealership I was skeptical about getting a good deal. But that quickly changed when I met Bruce McCurdy. He made me feel very comfortable about purchasing a new vehicle. Very professional service and knowledgeable… about the product he's selling. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend or family member.Awesome buying experience.
by adc219 on 11/12/2014I purchased my Acura TLX last week. I worked with Bruce, Mike, and Johnny. They were great. Despite how late it was, they really focused on helping me settle on an agreement I was comfortable with. They answered every question and presented… me with a variety of options and explanations when I was unsure of something. They take very good care of their customers.Excellent customer service
by jbhome1 on 11/11/2014I recently purchased my MDX from Fleet Manager Bruce McCurdy. He gave me a great quote in the vehicle I told him I wanted, he responded quickly to all my questions and called me immediately with follow ups. He was friendly, knowledgable and… most importantly not pushy! It was an overall excellent experience! I highly recommend Weir Canyon and Bruce!Completely unsatisfactory
by cjram on 07/16/2009I contacted dealer via internet regarding a new lease. A initial appointment to test drive car, was given two choices only. Would never consider the two colors offered. Sales person never offered to look for any additional vehicles.… It is very difficult to lease/purchase if the close is attempted prior to asking for the sale! Very Basic sales skills...ask for the business before trying to close the deal. Weir Canyon needs to retrain their sales/lease personnel.Great Experience!
by princess76 on 01/29/2009I leased my 2009 MDX from Weir Canyon Acura. I received 5 different quotes from 5 different dealers. Weir Canyon's quote was good, but not the best. It was about $200 higher than my best one. Josh Yoon, my Internet guy was very polite and… willing to match the best quote I had,...I change my vehicle every two to three years, and this was one of the best experience. Josh Yoon was very friendly and the dealership was nice. They also let you drive out from indoor delivery area which was very cool.Awesome Internet Sales Department
by ohmygoodness on 01/06/2009I purchased a 2006 Acura MDX from their internet sales department and found they are very honest and gave me the best price I could find right off the bat... without any haggling. It was truly a "hassle free" car buying experience. I was… also waiting for the hidden fees that usually appear right before I signed the papers. But when I scoured the final "out the door" pricing, there were no hidden fees tacked on. In particular, there is a internet sales person named Bruce. If you want an Acura with no hassle and at a great price.... always do you research and then go see Bruce. He'll take care of you.Horrible dealership!!!
by sleepysoo on 09/18/2007This dealership was absolutely terrible. I have tried going to them 3 times now, and each time, they have tried to screw me over royally. I had a figure in my mind of what I wanted to pay for the 2007 MDX, but they came up with a number… so far off of mine, i have no idea where they pulled that out from. On top of that, the sales person insulted me...insinuating that we couldn't afford the car, and that maybe we should think smaller. I mean, c'mon..i currently own a 2005 MDX. I am never ever ever going to this dealership again to buy a car. Their service department is really nice though!Unprofessional Manager
by 2chevrolet on 08/15/2013updated 06/04/2025My wife and I went over to Weir Canyon Acura to check out the new MDX. I received a referral for Brad who is a super nice person. After the test drive and penciling out some numbers Brad submitted it to the floor manager (Eli). About 10… minutes latter this Eli character came out of his office wiggling his arms like a spider and said "why don't you make me a reasonable offer" I told him that I thought the offer was reasonable. This guy continues on about feeding his family and making quota. Well, that's all I needed to hear, so me and my wife got out of there and bought the car at Tustin Acura for exactly the price I offered Weir canyon Acura. What I feel bad about is Brad losing the sale to his Manager (Eli). As we all know bad managers hurt there employees and customers. This particular manager really needs to be trained properly. by LouBern on 10/09/2013updated 06/04/2025My wife and I recently purchased a brand new 2014RDX at Weir Canyon Acura from Brad B. I dont particularly like to shop for cars let alone deal with the salesman but lo and behold, Mr. B. proved us wrong. He definitely knows the true… meaning behind customer services. Hes honest, courteous and very attentive to our needs. Not only did we get a good price on the RDX, they also gave us a reasonable $$$ on our trade-in. My wife and I would like to thank Alex (sales mgr.) and Brad for the lovely and pleasant experience. This is how a dealership be should run, I highly recommend Weir Canyon Acura.try to do business with lies!
by shopper132 on 05/13/2013updated 06/04/2025forget about these 100% positive but fake reviews, I been in this dealer and deal with them 2 days, after deal made and waiting for signing papers, the manager Alex, or you can call him [non-permissible content removed], he regret and ask… me to pay an other $400 on top of deal, if not, deal cancel! with very rude [non-permissible content removed], well, you never earn business from me, my friends, my family at all.Best Car buying experience I ever had!
by anetm on 11/22/2011updated 06/04/2025Friendly staff; polite, attentive and professional. The Internet staff honored their price quote and went out of their way to accomodate us. Great experiance and I will go back there again in a heart beat. I already sent a friend there.… Thanks Anet MEasy transaction
by dyano527 on 03/13/2014updated 06/04/2025I just bought my brand new Acura RDX and everything from getting the color combo I wanted to the final paperwork was so easy and fast. Everything was ready for me and they really took care of me and thought about my time. Thanks Weir… Canyon!Best Sales Person - Nick Frauman
by ben87 on 02/20/2012updated 06/04/2025If you are in the market for an Acura - especially a TL - this is the man to see (simply the best) Nick Frauman - Best in price, best in service, best in everything.New 2013 RDX
by Jack_Tina on 06/24/2013updated 06/04/2025Was headed to the Lexus dealer and wanted to check out the Acura TL since recommended by Consumer Report. Our salesman was Steve, the new guy. The dealer does a good job of working together so in this case Darren helped out. Unfortunately… for us, the TL was not in red so black was our other choice, but my wife doesnt like back so nothing more we could do on the TL. The RDX was there, in the color, and the sticker price was appealing so we took it for a spin and really liked it. After the drive, I wasnt prepared for the negotiations for the RDX so we quickly did some Smart Phone research on consumer reviews, reliability, invoice pricing, and the financing. Negotiations took about an hour between Steve, Darren, and Alex in the office, not too painful to save around $3k as they started off with a decent price discount, since I had a trade-in, they dinged me on that so I needed to play catch up on the purchase price which we split the different on quickly and agreed to purchase price. Chris, finance guy wasnt pushy, we just listened to the alarm, warranty, etc. items he was selling and we declined and moved onto sign. Actually, he was nice to work with considering the pain you normally would go thru with the finance guys. Dealer folks were mannered, Steve while new, was great to work with, Darren had his back on our questions and training to set up the phones, etc. Follow-up from Service happened as expected by JR so no issues there either. Disappointments were pairing the Samsung Phone and since cars are getting so techy, really need to step up the customer training before drive off, we got 20 minutes, probably needed 1-2 hours and we are smart folks.Got the best price on internet.
by KDandekar on 01/10/2013updated 06/04/2025Ask for Brad B. Best salesman I ever dealt with. Also Mike in fianancing helps you understand the terms and contracts with ease.Very Satisfying Experience!
by Mike_in_OC on 09/21/2013updated 06/04/2025I must commend salesman Darren D. of Weir Canyon Acura. He made the entire process of evaluating which car to be to delivery of our TSX seamless and as painless as possible. He worked with my schedule (and my wife's) and was always… responsive to our questions. We got the deal we wanted and even the finance manager, Andy, was positive and cooperative. Just driving home in our new Acura we felt great about the entire experience and strongly recommend Darren D. to all who are considering purchasing/leasing an Acura.
