awful.. avoid this dealership
by erdanielsonnn on 03/02/2017I hate that I even had to give them a star bc they don't deserve any. Purchased car from them when they were running $6,000 off in rebates. Got home and realized they only gave me one of the 2 rebates. Whatever, next time ill read the fine… print better. moved on. Cars check engine light came on at 2,400 miles and I had purchased bumper to bumper warranty. Took it up there and they said they'd fix it and it should be under warranty... guess what? it wasn't covered and it cost $600 in labor when the car was only at the dealership for 4 hours from drop off to pick up time. Completely baffled how they charged me 4 hours worth of labor when the car was only there 4 hours... And they didn't get a verification on whether or not to fix it in the first 3 hours.. it was done within an hour of verifying I wanted it fixed so pretty baffled how I was charged so much for something that only took one hour to fix!! STEALERSHIP!!! Avoid this place at all cost. Any other dealership would be a better choice.Overjoyed
by Momof2angels29 on 10/27/2016My Salesman Mr. John Fetherston did an amazing job with helping me and my little angels get a nice dependable car and he interacted with my girls and made them feel comfortable during the whole process. I would highly recommend him and the… other guys to anyone who will be looking to get a car. Thank you so much Mr. John and your fellow coworkers because you all were a life saver.GO SEE AJ BLEDSOE
by ktg2016 on 09/23/2016We hate going to dealerships, we were really dreading having to get a newer car. But then me and my husband met AJ Bledsoe. He was hands down the best car salesman I have ever met. Not pushy. Understanding. Polite. Treated us like we… mattered. My husband and I am very impressed with AJ. I recommend everyone ask for AJ when going to McLarty Nissan in NLR. We love our car, thank you again AJ for an awesome car buying experience.Very Happy Peeps! Go Talk To Josh!
by challczuk on 07/12/2016My husband and I went to look and test drive a Nissian Rogue that we had seen on the internet. As soon as we got out of our vehicle we were immediately greeted by Josh Wilson. Josh went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care… of. After some negotiation with the GM on trade in for my car and price of a Rogue we ended up purchasing and trading in. Josh was really honest with us and did everything he possibly could to make our expierence pleasant. He even called us the following business day to make sure I liked the vehicle still and see if there was anything else he could do for us. I highly reccomended McLarty Nissian and Josh Wilson.Amazing service

by Leann87 on 06/04/2016This experience has been better than the last one. I would recommend this dealership for sales and service. A Puerto Rican was my salesperson.Very Disappointing Experience
by BH_2016 on 02/01/2016I wish my experience this January of 2016 was different than it was at McLarty Nissan in North Little Rock. The dealership advertised a really great price for a used car on their website. I called and had a salesperson and a manager verify… that price to make sure it wasn't a mistake, which they did. When I came in to buy the car with the printed ad in hand, the GM wouldn't sell the car at that price. He acknowledged that one of his salespeople and a manager agreed to sell me the car at a price they advertised, but he said that he couldn't honor it because it was a mistake. When I asked what they would sell it for in light of their mistake, it wasn't anywhere close to the price they offered me previously. The GM said if he were me he'd be really upset and never do business with his dealership because of how they handled this. His other sales staff acknowledged it was bad business on their part. Mistakes happen, but in this case, they were okay with not taking responsibility for it or making it right.
