Fast and efficient

by Clem711 on 01/09/2024Since I am 85 years old and live about 100 miles from the nearest Subaru Dealer, I made this purchase entirely by phone and internet. I was very favorably impressed with all the Adventure Subaru sales people I talked to. I feel that I got… a fair trade in price even though it was based on pictures I sent them. The trade difference was reasonable too. Yes the financial result was good, but the best part of the experience to me was the quality of all the people. After the deal was made the new Subaru Forester was delivered to my home and they picked my trade. When the delivery was made Mr. Spencer the delivery driver, took time to explain all the new technology to me and how to use it. In addition to all that the dealership made a $250 donation to my charity in my name and also Mr. Spencer contacted me a couple of weeks after the delivery asking whether I had any other questions. He said that I would be sent a $25 gas card as a part of the dealership encore program. I highly recommend Adventure Subaru and all their sales people.Hi, thanks for your great review, and for giving our dealership such a high star rating! They worked above and beyond to help me through the nightmare. I was impressed with their persistence, their… ability to get the job done, their courtesy, their professionalism, all in all I AM pleased! I only wish I needed another so I could buy from the again :) I wonder if its the lack of competition between salesmen as well (no commissions) which make for better costumer centered service vs a battle to get your business to make a dollar.Determined for customer satisfaction
