Excellent Sales experience

Since I am 85 years old and live about 100 miles from the nearest Subaru Dealer, I made this purchase entirely by phone and internet. I was very favorably impressed with all the Adventure Subaru sales people I talked to. I feel that I got a fair trade in price even though it was based on pictures I sent them. The trade difference was reasonable too. Yes the financial result was good, but the best part of the experience to me was the quality of all the people. After the deal was made the new Subaru Forester was delivered to my home and they picked my trade. When the delivery was made Mr. Spencer the delivery driver, took time to explain all the new technology to me and how to use it. In addition to all that the dealership made a $250 donation to my charity in my name and also Mr. Spencer contacted me a couple of weeks after the delivery asking whether I had any other questions. He said that I would be sent a $25 gas card as a part of the dealership encore program. I highly recommend Adventure Subaru and all their sales people.

They have been Superior. I have had many vehicles over the years and in 2020 I purchased 2 Subaru’s in 2020 and had never had a Subaru before. I did not purchase 2 by choice but because Subaru saved my life in a bad wreck. All safety features worked as they were supposed to and I walked away. My salesman. Was more concerned about my well being than selling me a second car when I called after the wreck to put a second Forrester on hold.

I had a bad experience to put it lightly with another Subaru dealership. I fortunately was able to repurchase through Adventure. They worked above and beyond to help me through the nightmare. I was impressed with their persistence, their ability to get the job done, their courtesy, their professionalism, all in all I AM pleased! I only wish I needed another so I could buy from the again :) I wonder if its the lack of competition between salesmen as well (no commissions) which make for better costumer centered service vs a battle to get your business to make a dollar.

Subaru Buying experience

No haggling policy makes the buying experience a joy. Buying a new car is the second most expensive purchase an individual makes in thete live. Thank you for making it fun and painless. Kudos to Apryle Herbert for her kindness and patience. Love the subaru tow hitch installed after the car was purchased. Prior Subaru Forester dealership in Pennsylvania did not give me a new rear bumper bit cut into my existing bumper to install bumper.
