He was very helpful in dealing with the insurance and getting our… repair done right. He went above and beyond to help us get the best service when the insurance company didn’t want a new rim put on. Daniel went to bat for us and got it done. Thanks to the manager and service manager as well. Daniel has been the best service representative we have ever dealt with and we have had at least 5 Hondas over the past 35 years.Excellent Service

by James Thomas on 01/11/2025Easy check-in and a good waiting area with water and coffee…no donuts though…car was ready when promised and staff was very professional and accurate about the time required for the repair. The only comment of note would be a little… improvement in final condition of the car after washing…the drying process left many water spots especially in rear of the car. I am sure the guys in the wash-rack are pushed for time but just a little more care would make it perfect.Service
