James AMAZING Service Manager!!!

He pays attention to the fine details, always has a personable warm welcome when you walk in the door and he takes the time to… know your name as he comes out to meet you before you can even get out of the vehicle!! You can tell He truly LOVES his job!! James IS the epidomy of customer service!!!Great Service

Talked to James at Royal Land Rover to set up the appointment and he was just amazing, very accommodating to my schedule, polite, attentive and very personable. by nateh on 08/13/2009I recently had an issue with car I bought here (Automall) a few years back (great used car! 99' ES 300) dealing with a maintenance item. I spoke with Mike in the sales dept. about it and I was very impressed with how professional and… responsive they were. He actually listened before forming an opinion. In the end the solution was very fair and without saying it they showed me I was an important customer. I'm not even looking to buy another car so they were only motivated by a desire to keep my loyalty. I've taken my car here many times since buying it and always had a good experience. All car dealers say you are a valued customer, however Lexus of Tuscon didn't say it, they did it! In the end it reminds me of why I bought a Lexus- supperior automobile with a superior experience. This dealer was true to their marketing! Regardless of what I look for next, new or used I will start with Lexus of Tucson. They have earned my business!
