by angrycustomer on 04/20/2018After having a car for over 45 days, jumping through all the hoops these people wanted they say oh find a co-signer or bring the car back, down payment was made, all documents signed these people are a joke they don’t keep your info to… themselves and now at this point want the car back yet don’t want to return your down payment bc they changed their minds believe me I’ll be going to the news station and contacting a consumer law attorney! What a joke!Do not go here, you will get scammed!
by JJ on 07/28/2017I just went in on Monday to look at cars, walked out with a Nissan Sentra. The next morning I took a closer look at all the financing. The free oil change that they said was free, I got charged $1000. And on top of that the car was on sale,… which is good, but a 14000 basic car, quickly became more than double the car. I didn't add anything to this car, it's a basic car. I got charged separately for the gap insurance and the car warranty, which btw I was told, was already included. I have spoke to 2 different managers that told me I'm "stuck with it". I wasn't saying anything in a angry tone. I found a website complaining about the exact same as what I'm experiencing.Ralph Gallego = proof team work makes the dream work

To add to those obstacles, I am also very anxious when it comes to my budget and ensuring I get by each month. I received a call from Thoroughbred Nissan saying they would beat Jim Click Nissan's bottom line so I gave them a shot not only were the… wrong but very rude so I walked out and came to Jim Click where I dealt with Vanessa Pain she listened to my requests and was awesome. I bought the car and even with maintenance for life and a 6 year 60k mile warranty the price and interest rate was better then the competition. thank you to the staff and especially Vanessa Pain for treating your customers like family.Paul Rabago
by mfarrell752 on 10/13/2016My first experience with Ray was when I purchased my 2014 Altima SV. Great sales experience, no high pressure sales pitch and I was happy with the deal. Very impressed with the ease of the sale, I took my daughter in May to buy a 2016 Rogue… S. Luckily we got Ray for the sale and he got my daughter into the car she wanted. She was so happy with her care and the deal. Unfortunately, two weeks ago, her Rogue was deemed a total loss, after being hit by a drunk driver while parked at our home. Thankfully, no one was hurt. She was devastated at loosing her new car after only having it for 5 months. I called Ray and asked if he had a Rogue along the same price which she could look at and possibly purchase to replace her totaled Rogue. He did and we came into the dealership to see the car. The sale went quick and her monthly payment actually went down. Ray and Raul both assisted her with the first Rogue's loss report to NMAC and provided the paperwork needed to file with GAP. Thank you so much Ray for all your help. Yes, I will be buying my next car from Jim Click!! Yes, I have recommended the dealership to friends and family. Oh, one more thing...I love my Altima!Changed My Life

I am writing this so future customers pay close attention to your buy and to make sure what the sellers are saying is… accurate. I had a horrible experience here and I did not receive what they said it was going to be I ended up paying way more then I was told. (No this is not for the tax money,but actual car price) I came to Nissan to ask for my contract and Never have I gone into a place where the customer service was ridiculously rude! David Mojadidi did not want to help in any way first because he knew I wasn't going in to buy a car but to ask for my contract, he did not want to bring someone to translate because my English is not great I was so shocked by the way I was treated. But overall I just want to give a heads up for future customers about Nissan at Jim click. To look over carefully and even if they keep you there for hours and you're tired don't trust everything they tell you and make sure everything they are telling you is on paper and that is what you are signing. I will most defenitey never comeback to Nissan or refer anyone to this Nissan. I have gone to other Jim clicks and have gotten very good service and regret not buying from somewhere else.Best Experience by Far
