    We had a wonderful saleswoman Sara E who answered our questions directly and seemed to be on our side as much as the situation would allow. The rest of the sales staff were pleasant and competent. The post-sale review of car features was great.

  • Wonderful Hyundai Equus Buying Experience

    We were shopping exclusively for the Hyundai Equus. This is the only certified Equus dealer in our city. The sales staff were courteous, friendly and there was absolutely no pressure and no sales pitches. We were even allowed to take an Equus home for 24 hours, which gave us the best opportunity to evaluate it in a real-world setting. The negotiations took place over the internet. The dealer quickly came to what we believe was a fair agreement. We got the exact vehicle we wanted and it was delivered to our home where all the paperwork was completed. This contributed to it being the most stress-free and easy vehicle purchase ever. I suspect that some of our positive experience was connected to the fact that we purchased Hyundai's flagship luxury car, which includes valet service (we never have to bring the car in for servicing - they pick it up and give us a loaner) and full service coverage for 5 years. If you are in the market for the Hyundai Equus, we recommend this dealership. We are prior Lexus and Infinit owners, and making the switch to Hyundai for a high-end luxury vehicle might have seemed like a risky choice. But, once you drive the Equus, it is a fairly easy choice

    Must be the lack of competition in Tucson but after sending out a request for pricing via Edmunds for an 2013 Escape, I never even got a reply from this dealership or any other. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with a Click dealership. When I bought my Hyundai from them in 2009, was hoping for a typically fast in fast out experience that I typically get from internet purchasing but instead got a 2 hour sales hell. Oh, well, maybe I have to go to Phoenix to get somebody to respond. Don't want the typical car sales runaround. Just want to get a price, go in and write them a check and that it. Why is it that dealers do not understand customers like us. Why? Because we are not buying all the other crap they are selling to get some "low monthly payment".
