by KMM on 11/03/2021Rene Valdez and Jeff Ellingboe, the sales person and sales manager, both lied to me to get a sale and then did not deliver the vehicle as guaranteed. They flat out lied, I have indisputable proof, and bullied me. They are the absolute… worst do not work with this dealership. The general manager Darrin Nicholson also knew all of the facts and did nothing. This whole team is corrupt and think they can bully me just because I am a woman. Just wait until the texts and recordings come out - they can't continue to lie when I have proof. The owners, Bob Tuttle and Jim Click, should be ashamed that this team is operating under their name and taking hard earned money from people and not delivering on their agreements. The owners are respectable people and the Holmes Tuttle team is ruining their names by associating them with dishonest and illegal behavior.Bob Schmidt salesman

With this experience I dno't think that I would buy a car from anyother salesman. I vote 6 stars for… Bob. I was not sure how to sync my apps to my car and Bob was more than generous with his time to help get everything set up for me. As I said earlier Bob will be the only person that I would want to work with when buying a new car. Everyone has been so good to work with at Holmes Tuttle Ford Lincoln and we are in a 13 year relationship with this being the 2nd car I have purchased from them.Customer Oriented

Once downstairs the sign in people were very helpful and informative. The bull pen of sales people was a… little funny I felt bad that they were just sitting waiting for people to come in. But it was a good system they all didn't rush over to you and make you feel overwhelmed. We ended up with Chris "Smitty" Schmidt this is the first time we worked with him our other sales person moved up to management. He was nice to talk to and get to know as we wonder to the lower level, we did a few test drives until we found the one we were really looking at (I had a specific vehicle in mind but I wanted to see others). Chris has been a lot of help since we bought the vehicle and we are going to try out the service department at the Auto Mall location this up coming week.Great experience

It's been a month since I made my purchase with Ford and the staff still keep in touch to see how I like the car… and if I had any questions. Steve has been especially very helpful and made sure I was comfortable with whatever decision I decided to make. I did not feel rushed and he made the transaction go very smooth. Very happy with my purchaseoverall was excellent.

We had bad experiences with 2 competitor dealerships in Tucson, however Scott worked with us trying out a few vehicles we were interested in… with no pressure to buy. We found that friendliness and service we received from Scott(sales) and Ty(finance) was exceptional. When we are in the market for another vehicle we will definitely go to see Scott and would definitely recommend Scott, Ty, and the dealership to everyone for a new or used vehicle. Rome helped us look around and drove around but we really didn't see anything we were interested in. He then showed us a new 150 lariat that we… really liked and with all the discounts it was in our price range. So we bought it then. I love it and we are very happy with it.Great service and friendly staff
