Have always used them for servicing our… Honda's.. they explain everything and fix few things that go wrong (it's a honda after all !) Offered more services to help with the longevity of my car’s engine even though I was there for just the oil change and tire rotation might as well get all done in one appointment. Done on a timely matter and was… still able to get out of the dealership at a decent time in the morning. Anthony actually clarified that with the platinum package that I have for my car I shouldn’t have paid for my last oil change (I did anyway just cause I wasn’t getting anywhere with the last rep) and I have 3 more services left, but after this visit with him it was sorted out and cleared I hope I don’t have that issue again but if he was nice about it. by Totally on 01/06/2023I had oil and liquid on my garage floor. I took in my Civic the same day without an appointment. Anthony scheduled the car to be checked. The mechanic found the oil cap was not screwed on properly so it had been leaking since the service… in October. The cap was replaced and the engine cleaned. I was not charged. I’m just glad the engine wasn’t destroyed. I trust Honda to look after my car. Anthony was excellent and totally professional.Hi, thank you for your positive review.
