They're a no-negotiations dealership, but there are also no fluff-pricing tactics like we saw and experienced at other Southern Arizona Honda dealerships. Right… now there are unbelievable railway delays creating exceptionally low in-stock inventory in new cars. This is our 2nd time working with Alison. She really is amazing. She's done everything possible to help us get the car we truly wanted. She kept us up to date on the progress of our ordered car, as it was making it's way across the country. It's still stuck in the middle of God-Only-Knows where. Some new inventory has been trickling in, and a car arrived that was a perfect match. Alison worked tirelessly with us to switch our ordered vehicle to the one that arrived unexpectedly, and we're thrilled. The unfortunate railway delays have caused chaos in the new car industry, amongst others. If they don't have the vehicle you want on the lot, tell Alison and she'll keep her eyes peeled on the vehicles that arrive. 2022 CR-V Purchase
by Thomas Tuttobene on 05/26/2022This was the first time I have purchased a vehicle online. This purchase was sight unseen, without ever even sitting in a CR-V or kicking the tires. We previously owned a 2000 Odyssey so I had confidence in the brand and I liked what I saw… on the road. The e-mail price quoting process went very smoothly and I was comfortable with the pricing. I placed a reservation deposit on the vehicle on 01/25/2022 and took delivery on 05/23/2022. In the four months the only time I had communication with my Sales Consultant regarding delivery updates was when I contacted him every three or four weeks. I think that communication could have been a little better. About three months prior to taking delivery we found a YouTube video detailing all of the functions and aspects of the vehicle so we had a pretty good idea of what to expect when we first sat in the vehicle. The Sales Consultant did not spend a lot of time orienting us to the vehicle which was really fine with us as we had a pretty good idea of what to expect, but he did ask us if we had any questions. In any event I do consider this to be a successful transaction of which I am happy I waited out the four months.Hello Thomas, thank you for your positive review. Poor purchasing service

by Deann on 06/20/2021I took my car in at 8:40 for my appt and was told it would be done by 10. All I had done was an oil change tire rotation/balance and a wiper blade replaced. At 10:20 I hadn't heard from the service department about my car so I went up and… asked what was going on, was told I will go check. At 10:30 he finally got up went outside came back in and said "oh, good news they'll be done in 30 minutes bad news they are balancing all the tires not just the one that I asked them to do so we won't charge you for the other 3 tires. My bill for rotation $44. Well at another local tire shop balancing is $10/tire so either billed for it or price gouging if is $44 a tire. I even called back later and asked how much tire rotation balance was and was given a whole nether price. Not offering rides home anymore so I was waiting (Thinking I would be home by 1015) it was very frustrating because I had company arrive at my house at 1030. They had to sit outside my house in the heat waiting until I got home as didn't leave dealership until 11. Overall everyone unprofessional, nobody seemed happy I've been going to this dealership for many many years and a lot has changed and not to the bestHi Deann, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall.
