    Finally a car buying experience where we felt like we left with a great car and a good deal. Fair prices, no pressure, friendly staff, great selection were the reasons we decided to shop Bill Luke FIAT of Tempe. Bud Thomas, the sales representative was very knowledgeable of the different makes and models available. He was able to point out key features and advantages to each model we test drove. He helped us find the perfect car for us and worked very hard to meet the price we wanted. He made sure all of our questions were answered and we were comfortable with our purchase before leaving the dealership.

    When my car broke down and I sought out to find a new car, I was a little worried. Car Dealers are usually stereotyped by having dishonest ads and lying high pressure salesmen. But these guys are different. Upon arriving at Bill Luke the first thing I noticed is that they weren't all coming at me like sharks which was a breath of fresh air. Soon I was greeted by a friendly salesman named Kevin. I had a list of 5 different cars on their lot that I wanted to see. (They have ALOT of cars at great prices) Kevin took the time to show me the differences between all of the vehicles even though he knew I wouldn't be purchasing right away. I never felt rushed. Unlike the two other salesmen I met at other dealerships that week, Kevin actually knew about all of the models to explain what all of the options were and how to use them. I was impressed by how much he showed me and how much I learned. Unfortunately my wife decided that now isn't the time for us to buy a car, she wants to fix the one we have. But when we are in the market we will be giving Kevin a call. Thanks for the great experience Bill Luke and I encourage people shopping to ask for Kevin.

    From an UNHAPPY customer. I purchased a at the end of November 2014 with bill luke tempe. Already i have had problems starting in december. The whole thing was a mess from the beginning with an mistreatment by an employee. Around the 20th of december my tire went flat. i contacted the service department and was advised that even though its been less than 1 month that it is normal wear and tear and i would have to cover it myself. i advised the service deptartment that the tire shop told me that it is worn out from the inside which means it was a bad tire. i was told that is from driving on it and the car had two new tires when i got it. cars come with 4 tires and so i basically had to pay for a brand new tire on my own which isnt cheap for an infiniti. now starting the beginning on january i already need a oil change and apparently a wheel alignment as well. although i got a good deal when buy ing the vehcile all the money i am having to spend in just a few weeks of ownership is ridcoulous. i personally would not refer anyone here. i dont see too much of differnce between this place and a place like cactus jacks. yes bill luke looks nice and has been around for a while but the expierence i got it HORRIBLE. i feel like i should of did my research more. i dont feel like i should have to pay for a tire, oil change, and wheel alignment after a month of ownership. on top of the fact that i only got one car key and no floor mats and an almost empty tank of gas when i purchased the vehicle. RUNNNNNN!!!! and go else where people.

    I want to express my thanks to John Muzzarelli and Bill Luke Fiat for a pleasant used-car purchase experience. From the time my wife and I came into their car lot until when we finally decided on the car and drove it off the lot the people we interfaced with were all friendly and very professional. I would recommend John (“Muzy”) and Bill Luke Fiat to anyone.

    Our recent purchase of a 2014 GMC Terrain SLT was truly a stress free painless experience. Mark Taylor was our salesman. His knowledge of this vehicle features along with his genuine friendly customer service skills made all the difference in making a final decision to buy this vehicle. Because the GMC just arrived, the detail to make it look like a shiny new penny was not done at that time. While the car was being detailed by professionals, Mark went above any beyond to keep me updated via text the progress of this procedure. I gotta tell you, when picked up the car, the detailing of the vehicle looked like it just left the factory. The car was immaculate! We have been driving the vehicle now for a few days and absolutely love it! My hats off to Mark Taylor and the rest of the staff at Bill Luke Fiat for making this purchase an exciting and enjoyable one.

    I spent about three months researching and looking for cars online and knew I wanted a Kia Forte. When I saw that Bill Luke Fiat that was newer than I expected to land in my price range, I jumped on it. Online and on the phone, I worked with Kelvin and then at the dealership I worked with Bruce. He was very low-pressure and friendly. By the time I left the dealership, it was 9:30 p.m. and the dealer's service station had closed shop so Bruce sent someone out with his credit card to fill up my gas tank while I was finishing paperwork to make sure I didn't have to stop for gas in the dark, which I appreciated.

    The experience was pleasant and more straightforward than the typical dealer. Low Pressure, flexibility in pricing, and not trying to sell you everything under the sun, made this a very pleasant experience.

    Great dealership, Mark T is one of the best sales reps I have seen at a new car dealership. I was looking for a new Fiat and was going to buy in a month or two. I was shown some 2012 models. The next day I was in a 2012 Sport. The support team made the process very easy.

    I just recently purchased a Jeep from Bill Luke Fiat and worked with John "from New Jersey". He provided the most surprising car buying experience I'd ever had. He's a straight shooter. His honesty and integrity was something I just honestly didn't believe could possibly happen when buying a car! He was really patient, helpful, and really tailored the experience to get me the car I actually wanted! I totally recommend seeing John and all the fine people at Bill Luke!

    What an amazing team you have at Bill Luke! I was taken care of by so many great people at Bill Luke FIAT! From the moment I began researching Fiat only Bill, an internet manager, helped me. Rick (my salesman once I arrived) was unbelieveable and did not pressure me into anything he knew I could not afford! My whole experience was incredible and I would reccommend not only Bill Luke dealership for FIAT, but for theri outstanding customer service!

  • Real bad used car buying experience

    I purchased Mazda 6 2012 vehicle for my wife in 2nd half of Jan 2014. Shopping experience was fine and we took all extended warranties and bumper to bumper protection. At the time purchase, the salesman (Paul) assured us that the car was thoroughly inspected and this car would be a no trouble car. They kept repeating that this is family owned business and we treat the customers as same( not true at all!!) But as it turns out, either the car was not inspected or the standard of inspection at Bill Luke Fiat is not good enough to properly evaluate a used car. In April we parked the car at airport for couple of days and on returning found the battery was dead. Had to call the road side assistance to get it jump started and straight away drove to Bill Luke Fiat showroom where we purchased the car. On checking the battery it was found that the battery has gone bad. In just 2 months, with the car being driven daily including few long trips, the battery died ! If the inspection was proper on their end, how is it that in 2 months we faced issues. At the showroom they refused to take the complete responsibility and after much discussion decided to cover half the cost. We were even charged for the battery test ! Now again the new battery died after a month! And we discovered that the manual locks don't work in the car. Again on taking it to Bill Luke they agreed to replace the battery free of charge as it's under 3 years warranty but as for the door locks their reply was you took the car "as is" and we cant do anything. Even these basic issues their inspection couldn't catch when they handed over the vehicle. They really need to work on their technical department. This dealer just doesn't want to own up to his responsibilities. I guess that's the advantage with going with a reputed and bigger dealer as they want customers to come back and refer them to others. A poor experience at Bill Luke Fiat, and would avoid it in future for sure. Would also make sure none I know have to go through this. A car is a pretty big investment and it makes sense to invest with someone who cares for the customers as well.
    • Just to clarify, every vehicle sold at Bill Luke Fiat does go through an inspection including a load test for the battery to determine whether or not it needs to be replaced. Vehicle batteries can go bad for many reasons and this part is a wearable item just like brakes, oil changes, etc. that are the consumers responsibility. Bill Luke Fiat did attempt to help Sachin out by splitting the cost of a bad battery which again is a wearable item that is the consumer’s responsibility (3 months after the purchase). As far as Sachin’s comment regarding the “manual locks”, something has damaged the lock cylinder internally (4 months after the sale). Bill Luke Fiat agreed to fix the lock cylinder at cost for only $45. Bill Luke Fiat does care about their consumers and have tried to help Sachin out with her vehicle by splitting the cost of a battery and agreed to fix the lock cylinder at cost, both multiple months after the sale. –Ryan Luke General Manager

    Went in on 1/5/2013 was first in the door and was immediately greeted by Bruce who took his time walking me through the entire process. There was "no pressure" sales experience and this was great as I hate feeling as if I am under the gun. After narrowing down my needs, Bruce led me to the car I would drive off the lot with. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He even took the time to help me program my Bluetooth to the car. This guy was excellent. He followed up with me the next day just to check up on me. The rest of the staff was just as friendly, but Bruce made sure my experience was unforgettable.

    I read the previous review and decided to write me own as my experience was completely opposite. My sales person Rick e was great and attentive. He was able to get me a FIAT out of the back (which had arrived at the dealership a few days prior) and we test drove it. It was pretty dirty because of the dust storms prior but after negotiating a great price I was happy to drive off in a spotless new Fiat Pop! I love it and couldn't be happier.

    We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on May 15, 2012. We would like to file a complaint against Bill Luke Fiat in Tempe, AZ. They operate this car sales office out of the Suzuki store adjacent to the Fiat building. Several weeks ago my wife and I negotiated a lease agreement for a Fiat 500 automobile. We signed paperwork stating what the monthly payments would be, the term of the lease, etc. We were told that the amounts were all final, but that the paperwork would "change" because they were a new Fiat dealer and did not yet have the proper forms to fill out. We picked up the car one week later, and were again told that the correct forms would come in the mail. Instead, we were contacted last evening by their finance manager who told us that they were "mistaken" about how the lease would work, and that our monthly payment would be approximately $50/month higher. They claimed that they did not have to honor the lease that we signed and was given to us when we negotiated the deal. This was unacceptable to both my wife and I, and we gave the dealer 3 options: 1. honor the original lease; 2. have us agree on a purchase price and we would buy the car outright; or 3. pick the car up and negate the deal. They refused to honor the original deal, and the purchase price they offered was substantially more than the price on an identical vehicle at Fiat of Scottsdale. Needless to say, we are returning the car. We will buy another from Fiat in Scottsdale. This behavior by the dealer smacks of old-world bait and switch sales tactics, and is wholly unacceptable. Fortunately, my wife and I have the financial and personal resources to simply walk away from this kind of behavior - but I suspect many of their victims do not. I have also notified Fiat USA of this transaction, and these tactics. For your records, the salesperson is Kelly W., the finance manager is David T. and the sales manager involved in this shady deal has the first name of Angel. The VIN of the vehicle is 3C3CFFBR1C​T295440. I also hope your office can ensure that the dealer does not sell this vehicle as "new" to some unsuspecting buyer, which I have every reason to believe they will try to do based on their prior activities.

    I hate to put this in writing but I am almost 50 years old and just purchased my first car... it is "the job" my husband always does for us. I dreaded it for weeks and happened upon Bill Luke FIAT actually by accident. I am so glad I did. The men that helped me were just that ... helpful. I bought a car and actually enjoyed learning the process. The employees there made the process quite painless! I loved buying a car from a family owned business ... quite a rarity now days.

    What a very pleasant experience buying a used car from Bill Luke Fiat! I shopped nine and at 6-other valley and nearby dealers where they brought out scratched, dirty cars, low-balled , my trade and changed sales people on me three times. Not Here. I highly recommend Rick E. Very low key, professional, and the dealership honored every thing they said they would do. The owner emailed me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and happy with the service and courtesy shown me. If you need a car, shop factually on the Internet, get your KBB trade-in value and come see these folks.

    Let me just say I formerly loathed dealing with car salesmen and the sales and psychological games they play. We went to 8 other dealerships prior to finding Mark @ Bill Luke Fiat, and OMG what a great individual and great experience. He was clear and honest from the beginning and actually worked hard to get us the best deal. It was clear that he was very well educated and respected my family. My youngest son was with us while we were shopping and Mr. T was extremely friendly and accommodating to him. My wife loves her Town & Country and the boys love watching their favorite movies and playing with the automatic doors every trip. I have shared this experience with my entire family and encourage you to consider working with Mark for your next new or used vehicle, I know I will be back to get my next truck !     I happened to be in the market at the perfect time to find a car at the right price and MY style, enter Bill Luke FIAT. I went online and found exactly the car I wanted. The next day upon arrival at the FIAT studio I was not "approached", rather greeted by Paul M. I told him I went online and wanted to "look" at the FIAT I saw. My dad came with me because we knew this was going to prove to be an exciting day. The car was absolutely everything I wanted and plus, plus. Lets talk about the sales experience, that is the MOST important part and why I brought my dad (thanks dad). Pauls title is sales specialist and he is that. He was extremely accommodating through the sale and applied no pressure or "good guy, bad guy" games...he did what he had to do to complete his job and negotiate a smooth buying experience. His confidence of the professionalism with the team at Bill Luke FIAT assured me that I would be in good hands for the rest of the duration period of my extended warranty that was a no brainer. My Fiat had an option for me to activate a sensational alarm which was an option, however, already installed by manufacturer trained technicians and that was the only option I was lacking on the car. When I left Paul and I spoke and exchanged pleasantries and thanked each other...My neighbor is going to see Paul M to "test drive" a Fiat this week! I obviously recommend Paul M at Bill Luke FIAT. And Paul, thank you for explaining every little thing and having patience with my father. He absolutely is thrilled with his Bill Luke Dodge Ram & my Bill Luke FIAT 500 POP. I love it. Thanks Paul!!
