    Went in just to look and got greeted by Roger! Very nice and professional, he was able to answer my questions and kept me informed on the vehicles I had interest in! Highly recommend going to Roger for any help or questions !

  • Poor service department -2015 Toyota Tacoma

    I had an after purchase (within the 90day warranty) done and it was discovered that both control arms and brake rotors needed to be replaced. After much ‘discussion’ the service department finally approved the repairs. DO AN INDEPENDENT PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION. Because I don’t live in Tempe, the work was done by AutoNation Honda Tucson. They did a great job.

    They left the car dirtier than when it came in, black prints on a white car. I also bought two new tires that looks like they went for a trip before they placed them on my car.

    I was offered via email the free wiper blades replacement on my 2021 Toyota Sienna and 25% of the any service. When I came to do the service I found out that my 60K miles service, including oil change, is free. AMAIZING!!!

  • Disappointed with Tires and service and not getting response.

    I have been going to Tempe Service for years. For the most part I have been extremely happy until my service in October. I purchased new tires that vibrated on the freeway from day one. I took it back and paid to have tires rebalanced. The vibration got worse and I contacted the service adviser by text and he asked when could I bring it back. I told him Monday and that was over 6 weeks ago and no response. I reached out to the Service Manger by text and left messages no response to date. I called the main line left a message and called the manager and left a message. To date no response. I am extremely frustrated and feel like I now must find another Toyota Service Center to take care of my truck. Toyota Service is the only service I have used from the day I purchased the my truck with one exception. I changed the oil once by another co due to timing and did not want to go over mileage. The next week I had Toyota change the oil again to keep consistent. At this point I have not been able to get a response to set up a service call. I feel that I paid for a balance that I should not have had to. But to make sure it was corrected I did. Then that service made it worse and I cant get a response from the Service Manger to address it. That is very unusual because he is normally very responsive. I want to make sure the service department knows that I paid for the balance on new tires that they installed and the tires have never performed properly. I called and called and text and text with no response.

  • Good luck getting someone to answer the phone

    Took my truck in to get the sensors fixed. Called 3 times and left voicemails asking for eta since I need to pick up my kids. Nothing...I called the appointment line and they answer ever time. Actually sat on hold for almost 30 minutes while this poor guy kept calling service and no one would pick up. Had to go there, oh its ready, imagine that. Fork over $1200 and find out its not even fixed. Call back and get the same thing. Had to drive back to inform them of the situation. The rep said the phones have been acting up...ha, I called right as he said that and his phone started ringing. Problem is not resolved I have to go back today.

  • Tacoma Truck in for service

    Called AutoNation for service after noticing a nail in the tire and was also concerned on how the engine sounded after driving across country to Tempe. Calling for appointment (thinking the next available appointment would be in a few days) the representative was very pleasant and helped setting up the appointment same day! We were shocked as this never happens in Michigan! Pulling in for service, we were greeted by friendly young man who helped answered our questions, provided time frame of service and moved the truck in for service. Within 2 hours, received text message that service was completed and it included picture of tire that was plugged. (Nice!) When picking up truck, service adviser confirmed fluids were checked and topped and the plugging of tire. In all of the years of having vehicles serviced, this was the best experience and we highly recommend this dealership!
