A Fair Deal with Transparency and Patience
by Grey Fox on 04/01/2024In this day and age of on line purchases, it’s nice to have an auto dealer willing to sit with you and go over all aspects and options one at a time, and to make sure that you understand each line of the contract. Often this is not the case… at other dealerships. I was not pressured in anyway to accept anything I was not comfortable with. Negotiations went well and I felt that I could, ask anything and get an answer quickly! The FI person was nice and I felt that everything was explained to me clearly and no hidden “gotchas”. Overall the experience was less stressful than I thought it would be.John Olson

No high-pressure tactics

Even with the general manager, and the finance guy, there was no… pressure at all. They actually let the car sell itself and didn’t have to resort to strong arm tactics. A Very Good Sales Experience

Do not buy from Tempe Hyundai Autonation

Was told by 3 different employees, including the sales and finance managers - that the dent and window protection came with the car and were not optional - which is completely false. Very deceptive sales… practices. Also, had a previous car from here & the service experience is very poor. No phone call and being that I was coming from out of town it was definitely a little… nerve-racking for me. The process definitely took longer than it needed to be. Because of the communication not being that great we could’ve jumpstarted the process prior to me getting there. Once the hard part was over, it was a little bit better. He was a sweet.
