    I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, with the understanding that a 21-point inspection had been completed. However, despite multiple requests for the inspection report, I was unable to receive any documentation. I spoke with the Service Manager, Cameron, who informed me that the handwritten inspection report had been discarded. Following this, I escalated the issue to management, and received a call from Tommy. During our conversation, Tommy explained that the technicians do not complete these forms. Unfortunately, Tommy's response did not address my concerns. He made excuses, contradicted himself multiple times, and was unwilling to allow me to speak fully during the conversation. The cabin filters were disgusting and the heater is not working. My credit was ran without my knowledge or authorization. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership.

    Battery failed after 25 months on my 2014 Explorer, took it in to Galpin service and within a couple of hours I was on my way with a new battery replaced under warranty.

    Just purchased my fusion from them and I have nothing bad to say. They worked with me and explained everything thoroughly. Super friendly staff I will definitely be purchasing another car from Galpin Ford in Prescott.

    I've been dealing with Galpin Ford-Lincoln-Mazda (and formerly Mercury) for over 20 years. I have bought new vehicles (Mystique & Mustang) and used ones (F-250 & Explorer). Most recently we purchased a new Lincoln MKX. I appreciate the fact that the people are straightforward. I'm sad that my longtime salesman Randy Butts retired, but I can't blame his as I have done the same. This time I worked with Ezra Galpin, son of the owner. He was great and very knowledgeable. He is also a former trumpet student of mine. They let me take the MKX for a couple of days which let us get a real feel for it before we decided. I would recommend shopping at Galpin Ford.
