I bought a new 2024 Forrester. My trade-in was a 2018. My previous Forrester was a wonderful car, but this one seems to be even better. Better suspension for a smoother ride, and quieter. I like the fact that not everything changed so I… didn't have to re-learn it all. But what did change was for the better. Sales lady was great. The finance guy great and he also led me to know my car as well as the 2 week checkup to see if I was not having any problems. I think Subaru has an excellent sales department and they made the whole experience worth it.

He also honored his commitments three days later when we finally decided to buy. John, in finance was also… great to work with and he accommodated some concerns I had about an extended warranty. Findlays is so much better than Tim’s was. This is our 8th Subaru and the second Subaru I’ve purchased from them. Both experiences were great!Good experience

If you're planning on buying a new car be prepared to wait due to supply issues or take one on the lot. This is not the dealer's fault. They should have given me a bit… more for my trade-in but overall, I can't complainLike the car, not this dealership.

I definitely didn't like the 90 day wait from ordering to delivery, since I have no patience, but Erica and Adrienne helped… a lot! I am lovin' my new car that I named SubiDoo!Best transaction ever!
by Michael DelGais on 12/22/2021Jason Jenkins was phenomenal. His whole team was phenomenal. I live in Las Vegas. This supply chain craziness had got dealers especially in Las Vegas beyond greedy. The markets adjustments over MSRP to buy a car is beyond ridiculous.… Moreover they add junk accessories for a few thousand more. The negative equity would be disgusting. There is none of that garbage at Findlay Subaru of Prescott! My wife got her 2022 Ascent Limited at a great no nonsense price. The amount they gave for my trade in topped every other deal. There was no haggling because they were so fair! They delivered the car to Vegas and I signed with a notary. Jason and team were available, responsive, extremely fair, and delivered. I’ve bought my share of cars and I can say without a shadow of doubt this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. I can go on and on how wonderful they were. Perfection! Thank you Jason and the Findlay Subaru of Prescott team!Great dealership

I started my search to find another vehicle (a Subaru, of course!) and got lucky. Bobby… brought the car to me so I could check it out and drive it. He and his team 'held' the car for me until I was able to come in and sign the paperwork. Who does that?? They could have sold that car tens times over, but instead, took care of me (repeat customer!) I walked away from the collision with only the few bruises (so far) and I believe with all my heart that if I'd been driving any other vehicle, that might not have been the case. I'm a walking Subaru commercial and feel blessed to be so!My new car

There was a lot of new technology on this car that I had never heard about or seen before and… our salesman Ahamed knew everything about the car and gave us so much information. We were very impressed with him and his professionalism. Also John Van Winkle. Wow! What a helpful person. He went over more features of the car with us then we ever experienced from a previous dealer. We are very happy with our new outback and with the way Findlay Subaru worked with us. My salesperson kept me informed on when it would arrive. My salesperson, the delivery specialist, and… finance person all took their time explaining all the ins and outs of the car. When I finally drove my new car home, I knew I could call any of them with questions or concerns that might come up in the future. All in all, a very positive experience!
