Best experience getting my new 2016 Honda Civic

First off, I would like to say how AMAZING my 2016 Honda Civic is! I am absolutely in love with it and it's exactly what I was looking for when I decided it was time to go car shopping. A huge thank you to Tracy Scrip for making it all possible for me. You made this experience for me so wonderful and enjoyable. Very professional, knowledgable, and genuine. You worked with my budget and price range. You knew exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I can't thank you enough for everything. I would recommend Bell Honda to EVERYONE and to work with Tracy Scrip and his wonderful partner Dave Cook. You both are the best!

Steven Embry, Service Manager

I can truthfully say that Steven Embry is an excellent Service Manager, has excellent rapport and attitude in dealing with me and other customers who are my friends, and is a truthful and honest person when it comes to servicing my 2 Honda CRV's purchased at Bell Honda on Bell Road over the years. I will only deal with Steven when scheduling maintenance and repairs for my vehicles. Why! because he has the analytical skills to explain simply the complex nature of the maintenance or repairs needed; makes an accurate determination of a fair cost to me and Bell Honda; insures the quality of work being done by communicating with the involved mechanics; and after the work is done he will explain and show me the parts needing maintenance, or repair, as well as reviewing the final cost in detail. My wife and I have been dealing with Steven over the last several years and we will continue to do so in the future.

SO good we bought TWO!

We were thrilled with the professional and friendly approach by our salesman - Robert Jones. He listened to our needs and met them. No one was pushy, everyone did their best to answer our questions and help our daughter get a beautiful, affordable car. The experience was so nice, we bought one for ourselves the next week. We were in a hurry and Robert went out of his way to drive all the way to our house for a signature needed by my husband who already left. I highly recommend Bell Honda and Robert Jones.

Change of pace

After visiting another dealership for the same car and having a bit so good experience I decided to try one last place. Bell Honda was the next closest to me so. I contacted them through the Internet. I was put in touch with Jason Teel in the Internet department. At first I was leary when I reluctantly went to the dealer but I have to admit Jason made my wife and I comfortable and got us through everything quickly as well! Jason is truly a professional that appreciates his customers and does his best to make the purchase process pain free! I will definitely recommend Jason and Bell Honda to people I know in the future!

I stated to the salesperson my budget, found a car which slightly exceeded that budget but was able to negotiate a price that was a reasonable compromise for both parties involved. I absolutely love the car I got and was quite pleased at the price I paid for it. Excellent experience.

Great Buying Experience and Follow Up

Tracy Scrip was my salesman at Bell Honda, and he patiently kept me posted for a few months until the exact Honda model I wanted came in. Always polite and to-the-point, he was careful to cover what the differences were between each and every option on the different models of Pilot so that I could pick the right vehicle for me. Not only was he excellent in following up during the months as I waited for the exact right car, but he was knowledgeable when answering my questions about accessing some of the features (the new Pilot is loaded with features!). I had one of the best car buying experiences and absolutely love the car. I highly recommend asking for Tracy if you want someone who respects your time, knows his products, doesn't high pressure you, and doesn't mind you coming back and asking questions after the sale has gone through. I hope he is still there when I buy my next car. Merissa was also great to work with in the installation of additional equipment department. Jackie Stevens was top notch in getting my refund check on an option I decided not to get - how many car dealers would let you change your mind about an additional option? Bell Honda did a Great Job!

Wow! I am so grateful for Johnny at Bell Honda for completely walking me through a major problem with my Honda. The absolute fair deal and staying with it to the end. I have made up my mind that I will buy my 5th Honda at Bell Honda who also supported me through it all. Thanks for the service and the service team. Good Service

Every time I need to have service done on my van I take it to Bell Honda. I always make an appointment with Steve Emery, service advisor. Steve always greets me very nicely, he listens to what I have to say, he's always pleasant to the other customers, and he keeps me updated on how things are going with the work that is being done. I always have a good experience when I deal with Steve.

Great Buying Experience!

I am very happy with the assistance Bell Honda provided with getting the 2016 Pilot Touring Edition in the colors I wanted in an expediant fashion. Other dealerships said it would take months to get this car in with the specs I wanted, but Bell Honda was able to transfer the car in under a week. They are also a part of the USAA buying program which saved us money on the price of the car as well as a reduction in interest rate if financed through USAA. Final paperwork was done quickly and with no hassle. I would definitely go back to Bell Honda again and recommend them to others!!!

First Visit to a Service Department and it was Actually Hassle-Free!

I received a notice of recall for my car and this is the first time I take my car into a shop for any kind of servicing and only because it was absolutely necessary. I work at different car dealership and have had more than plenty experiences with customers and their complaints about the service department which is also what worried me about needing to visit a service department at all. From the first day I showed to leave my car to 4 day later when I picked it up, both Anthony and the people at Enterprise made the entire transaction hassle-free. Anthony took care of my every need and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and was having a pleasant experience. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car to Anthony and the Bell Honda service department!

What a joke

On the day I went in to Showcase Honda, Honda of America was advertising $0 down, 36 month, 12,000 mile a year leases on Honda Accord Hybrids at $309 a month based on a $30,125 MSRP (htis is clearly the base Accord Hybrid model). Showcase "couldn't get below high $400s" on a EX-L Accord Hybrid! At an MSRP of $32,875 for the EX-L, the lease with Phoenix city taxes should be about $360 a month. . . at MSRP (We all know thats an inflated price for suckers at this point, right?). Yes, you must pay for title and registration, but even if you estimate those costs at $1000, the lease should only be about $370 based on Honda's advertising. Oh, don't forget the "dealer installed options". Even if you were willing to pay $2300 for a trunk mat and some $2 wheel locks (becuase people are dying to steal your Accord Hybrid's wheels, right?), that still doesn't even get you to a $400 a month lease. Do yourself a favor. Unless you are looking to give a very large charitable donation to a for profit dealership, shop somewhere else.

I have taken both of my Hondas to Bell Honda for service and have been very happy with my experience. My car has always been ready when promised and my bill has come in either on estimate or under. I am especially happy with my service adviser, Josh Hansmeier. He is professional, friendly, and true to his word! Thanks Josh!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I went in on a Tuesday and picked out the van that I wanted. I had been there a few weeks prior and was already established with a salesman, Dave Cook. I decided to purchase the van. My schedule is VERY tight and I don't have time to just sit around a car dealership. I was there for several hours and signed all the paperwork. I was told the van would not be ready until Friday. Being that my schedule is so tight, I called Thursday night and spoke with Dave Cook to confirm that the van would be ready the next morning. He assured me that it would be. He said "I was just over there 30 minutes ago and its nearly done". He told me to come in at 11 the next morning, but told me that he would not be there as his daughter was ill. He assured me that everything was in order. I even asked him to make sure if the Finance Manager had anything else for me to sign to make sure that it was ready as my schedule was tight. The finance manager, Matt Barry, told me that he was just going to try and find me a better interest rate. Other than that I signed paperwork for the deal. So on my way Friday morning I call a SECOND time to remind them that I'm coming in and also asked them to pull the van under the canopy type thing as it was pouring rain and I had to transfer my things over. I arrive and van is NOT ready! I get the run around from everyone there. After 2 hours in the dealership I leave. I was waiting for Gordon to retrieve my $4,000 deposit that I had paid. He took forever and I had to leave. I called the bank and put a stop payment on the check. They couldn't give me any answers. One guy told me that when they give someone a time of 11 it could be 5-6 hours later!!!! wth???? Why give a specific time if it isn't accurate. Now had I not called two different times to confirm that all was well it wouldn't be that big of a deal, however, I called TWICE and was told both times it was ready come on in.. After leaving the dealership, a couple days later I call the General Manager Robert Patch and he was going to check into some things and call me back. Of course, that DID not happen. I had to call him again. He really didn't even apologize for what had just happened. He wanted me to get some information to him and he was going to then call back again. It NEVER happened EVER!!!!! I can't believe this dealership is still in business with the way that they treat customers. It is totally ridiculous. I've received an email from Honda congratulating me on the purchase of my Certified Honda Odyssey and asking me to fill out survey. I also received in the mail yesterday a welcome to my 3 month trial to Sirius Satellite Radio and congratulating me on the purchase of my Honda Odyssey as well!!! All this with NO vehicle, how does that happoen??? This is the craziest thing ever!!!! Stay away from these people!!!!!

My dad and I both purchased vehicles at Bell Honda from Pat Bria. He was the best!! Everyone at Bell Honda was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I will purchase all future cars from them and recommend them to anyone wanting to be happy with their car dealership experience.

Best car buying experience

I went to look for an economical car here and Pat Bria showed me a Honda Civic. This was my first time at a car dealer for ME to buy my own car. He was so patient and understanding in what I wanted and needed in a car. He showed me the different options the Civic has. Like, back up camera and being able to have my phone synced to the car. And just the overall basics of this Civic. I ended up buying the Civic with what I wanted to pay thanks to Pat working so hard for me. He was so honest and did not push me into anything. My first car buying experience was awesome thanks to Pat Bria. It only took like 3 hours for everything. Looking, driving and finance. Thanks Pat! I will come back to you when I need a new car again.

Very detailed information on 2015 crv touring

We recently had been looking for a 2015 honda crv touring. Right now they are hard to find. We noticed bell honda had a 2015 honda crv touring and went in for more information, details and the test drivel. We worked with a young fellow ANDREW who was phenomenal. Never in our many, many years of car buying have we had such comprehensive information on a car. Never. Btw we loved the car but unfortunately it was FWD and we needed AWD which they had just sold. I feel after talking to the manager we would have gotten an acceptable deal but unfortunately it did not meet our needs. We currently have purchased the 2015 touring from prescott honda but it is on order...6-8 weeks but thanks to ANDREW'S excellent information and the test drive we are confident with our purchase. Again, thank you ANDREW!
