by Duane on 12/22/2019I purchased a used 2017 certified MKC with Duane last month, and I have to say that the all around experience was fabulous - Duane's professionalism and rapport are top shelf - hands down. I am so pleased with Lincoln's luxury and the… "little things" that really set this brand apart from the competition. Those same values are evident with my interaction with Duane as well. Once we decided on a leased car that was just turned in - perfect exterior and interior combo that I really wanted - Duane made sure I took a long test drive, and spent more time at pickup making sure I had the features and settings right before I drove off. I had been looking at MKC's for 2-3 weeks. When you shop online, some dealerships will set you up with the new guy - followed up by calls and emails from his manager coupled with correspondence from the GM. That two too many cooks in the kitchen! I started and completed the transaction with Duane - seamlessly. Dave Horton was outside, and started up a pleasant conversation: weather, how I was etc. Asked if… I would like to test drive one of the vehicles on the lot while I was waiting. No pressure. I walked up to an 2013 MKZ. Test drove around the neighborhood with Dave in the car. I fell in love with it. Almost 6 months later, I'm still in love with it. Best purchase I ever made and Dave has checked, and asked for feedback, to make sure I am still pleased with my purchase. I just went to have my vehicle repaired and came out with a smooth updated ride. I like Dave's style and Sanderson's customer policy. This is the third Lincoln I have purchased from Sanderson.Exceptional car buying experience
by 1234_567 on 07/26/2016updated 08/05/2016A few years back my wife and I went to Sanderson Lincoln looking to purchase a used vehicle for her.We did make a purchase and thought we had the best experience ever we thought.....Well just yesterday I the husband went back to purchase a… new vehicle from Sanderson Lincoln and to my amazement my second experience even better then the first time. I was in the market for a particular vehicle that they did not happen to have in stock, well Jim and Christian went above and beyond and after a little searching found me the car I wanted from I believe a sister dealership and had it delivered to me. Guys that was great but the even better part was the way the go about the business part of the deal. Absolutely no pressure, no crazy sales guys running around in a panic trying to make deals. Just super friendly genuine team that really cares about me and my needs. Guys if your looking for a vehicle I strongly recommend visiting this dealership, you will have a great experience weather you buy a vehicle or not, but my bet is that you will leave with a vehicle and peace of mind. After days of research my family and I traveled 3 hours to purchase a MKZ at Sanderson, we didn't arrive to the dealer… until after 7:00PM on a Monday evening and Andy and Eddie made sure to greet us immediately upon arrival as they had expected us after numerous phone calls. By the time we were able to narrow our search to two vehicles Jim was there to assist and take the time and patience to make sure we recieved the BEST deal possible. Between Andy, Eddie, and Jim I could not have asked for a more incredible experience in purchasing a vehicle. These individuals went above and beyond their job descriptions to ensure that we were satisfied customers. Not to mention they stayed until after 11:30pm just for us. I worked with Stephen Jaronik and he was really great to work with. He was very knowledgable, easy to work with,… and no pressure throughout the sales process. The environment at the dealer is very warm and friendly. Everyone I meet was nice and pleasant to work with. Lots of nice people out to make their customers happy. by JamesAz15 on 04/29/2015Unfortunately my experience at Sanderson Lincoln was lacking the professionalism one would expect from a luxury car dealership. My experience started when I phoned the dealership and was promptly and professionally greeted and transferred… to a John Lozano who stated he was the Internet Manager. I explained that a friend had purchased a Lincoln from this dealership and spoke very highly of the sales person that served him. Since I asked for him and was transferred to you is it safe to say he is no longer with your company, the answer was yes. So I told John what I wanted, what I was driving (11 Lexus ES330) and that it was a cash sale. Please, just give me the bottom line. That's when the song and dance started. I had to listen to the condensed version of John's life story. How he was a jewelry store manager in California. That he fell in a dumpster and broke his back. That he sold cars in Ca. and on and on. I just want to buy a car. Give me some information so I may make an intelligent decision. Getting numbers over the phone was like winning the lottery. He recited some bizarre scripted spiel claiming they could give me more for my trade in car than other dealers because of the market on Bell Rd. I said to myself, the Lexus dealer moved out because of the market on Bell Rd, So after approx. 10 minutes on the phone I was more confused than when I called in. The reluctance to share numbers over the phone is mind blowing. There are only 3 Lincoln dealers, you, the Mesa location, to far to drive and Camelback, who has a terrible reputation..FYI all other luxury brands shared bottom line numbers over the phone (subject to driving my Lexus trade in) On my list was Lexus. Audi, Cadillac, Mercedes Benz, Infiniti, Lincoln. I did visit the dealership, but first and foremost I could not get my head wrapped around the guard and gate. I felt like I was entering a prison. I entered through the front door, but the reception was facing the other way,maybe I came in the wrong door. I must have caught most of the salespeople on lunch, as they were all in the glass office eating. I asked for John, he was not in and I was passed off to another salesperson. I told him I would like to drive the MKZ Hybrid. Well let the fun begin, the car(s) would not start, then no gas. Long story short, I guess I would be impressed with Lincoln if I was moving up from a Chevy. It; 's not half the car the Lexus is, and the dealership is a show piece. Sorry Lincoln and Sanderson, you're not even in the ball game, I proudly bought a new Lexus in Scottsdale. .While we customarily enjoy gleaming reviews from our guests and clients about their experiences at Sanderson Lincoln, our care, our product and our processes, its unfortunate that we apparently missed our mark with this visitor. We have learned much from his comments and observations and this affords us an opportunity to review and polish upon these areas he shared. Its our culture here at Sanderson Lincoln and one can see in our other reviews that Sanderson Lincoln is wonderfully different and our guests enjoy their experiences here. Class act, stand up guys @ Sanderson Lincoln!
by ejk21 on 03/19/2015Thanks to Steve Jaronik and Jim Landeros at Sanderson Lincoln my exhausting search for a new vehicle ended. After 4 weeks researching online and visiting dealerships I ended up at Sanderson Lincoln with my mom and from the moment we got out… of our car we could tell it was different than the rest. As opposed to most of the "vultures" that flock at you when you enter a car lot, Steve took his time to greet my mom and I with a nice "Hello, how are you?" Due to recent experiences elsewhere I was armed for battle and ready to stand my ground. I knew what I wanted and immediately stated that I found 2 vehicles online that I am interested in and would like to know if they are still available? Steve did not beat around the bush like other sales guys have done and immediately said, "I will check on them and pull them up for you to see if they are still here. In the meantime, would you like some water?" as he opened the door to the beautiful showroom. CLASSY place! We were impressed with the atmosphere within. Steve was extremely patient with me while I looked over each vehicle, about 20 times each, prior to taking a test drive. At no point during our interaction did he come off like he was trying to "sell" me. We felt as though he was along for the ride as a friend would be. He gave his honest opinion on what he perceived to be the pluses and minuses to both vehicles. After several hours waiting on me to decide what I wanted to do Steve invited us in to meet with Jim. Steve already won my trust, however, my shield did raise up at the mention of "bringing out the big gun, the manager, Jim." That said, Jim was very casual in his approach and was not aggressive by any means. He was very factual and placed a piece of paper in front of me detailing different pricing. He did not give me the run around like other dealerships have been doing by asking me "what my monthly budget is" and other "typical" questions. I appreciated his straight forward approach without trying to "sell" me. The manner in which both men acted made me feel like they were saying "We aren't going to force you to buy this car, if you like it, we will do our best to meet your needs, but, we won't hold you hostage until you yes." They were able to meet me close to where I needed to be in terms of pricing and exceeded my expectations in all aspects related to the car buying process. I'm not one to take time to write about something unless it really impressed me and these two guys truly did. Not only did they treat my mom and I with genuine kindness, they even drove my new vehicle to me at work! Steve spent 45 minutes in the parking lot outside of my office explaining different aspects of the car that I would need to know in order to utilize all of its functions. My experience with Steve and Jim was a fantastic experience and I would recommend them to everyone that is in the market to buy a vehicle. My First Lincoln
by jenmandeville on 03/13/2015I did a lot of on-line searching for a new car. I looked at everything. But I finally asked myself, "What do you really want to drive?" The answer was immediate and obvious - A Lincoln. I visited many AZ Lincoln dealership sites to see what… they had in inventory, and get a feel for the dealership. I finally decided to visit Sanderson, just so I could get the idea out of my mind, because really...what were the chances I would be able to get one? Buying a Lincoln at Sanderson isn't like buying another car. It's like being welcomed into a great family. My experience with Sanderson was outstanding from sales to service. Steve sold me my car on a Friday night, and made sure I was ready to drive it home to Sedona that evening. (It takes a bit of coaching since there are so many extras on-board) Steve made my car purchasing experience (which I usually equate with a dental root canal procedure) a comfortable and positive event. I have wanted a Lincoln all my adult life and was amazed that my dream came true within a couple of hours! It made me wish I had stopped in sooner. Since I had purchased a used 2013 MKZ I figured there may be a couple of items to have serviced and there were some minor issues. While my vehicle was in the shop, Tom went the extra mile to make sure I had a loaner that fit my needs while my car was repaired. Courteous, Concerned and Competent care from Sanderson Lincoln has made me want to direct everyone their way because I know how they will be treated. You would be surprised how many people admire a Lincoln but just don't think it is in their budget to own one. My advice? Go to Sanderson. They will see what they have that may fit your budget and still have the great quality you are looking for. Even a used Lincoln trumps the new cars in my opinion. My MKZ is a celebrity at work, and people are asking about it, looking at it and wanting a ride. It is a good-will ambassador and I can't help but spread the word. Everyone should own a Lincoln. Everyone deserves to feel as excited about their car as I do about mine. Everyone deserves the VIP treatment I received at Sanderson. The other day I called my husband in Sedona, from Phoenix, and the conversation went like this: "Hi. I just wanted to tell you I'm stuck in traffic." "You actually called just to tell me that you are stuck in traffic?" "No...I called to tell you that I'm stuck in traffic...IN MY LINCOLN!" Funny how that makes even work traffic more tolerable! Another impressive point about Sanderson? They are closed on Sunday. That means a lot to me. Thanks to the Sanderson Crew for making my dream come trueWhat a wonderful review! Great deal
by suncity2 on 01/15/2015We were looking at two vehicles a Cadillac SRX and a Lincoln MKX. Price was a big factor in our buying decision. We had read on a blog that some dealerships may negotiate the included certified warranty out of the deal saving the customer… possibly up to $1000.00 So we found a Cadillac we liked at Arrowhead Cadillac, tried to negotiate the warranty out of the deal and they flatly stated it was company policy that they didn't do that. We found a Lincoln MKX in Vegas, again they wouldn'tnenegotiate the warranty out of the deal.Then out of the blue we stumbled upon perfect vehicle at Sanderson. Long story short we negotiated with Todd the sales manager, he removed the certified warranty and saved us about a thousand dollars, plus additionall money off the car. We got a great deal,and drove home in a nice MKX.It's an older dealership, they say they just renovated.I found the sales office very dull / cold not even a picture on the wall. And no TV in the showroom. Your owner needs to visit the local Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Bmw , Infiniti dealerships.New Car Purchase

Randy, our Client Advisor, was extremely knowledgable of the Lincoln product line and answered our questions in a thoughtful and… intelligent way. Never did we feel we were being sold or talked down to. We decided on the MKC and Randy found the exact car with the colors and options we wanted. Surprisingly pleasant

On our 48th anniversary my husband presented me with a solid walnut box and inside I found a key. He took me and the key to Sanderson Lincoln at 2121 W… Bell Road in Phoenix. Dave H met us outside and escorted us into the showroom. As he opened the door I was absolutely blown away............ There stood this beautifu Kodiak Brown Lincoln MKT and on it was this huge bow and a sign that read Happy Anniversay Linda and Doug 48 years. I was so excited and happy I could hardly stand it. Not only did the dealership to to all this extra effort for us they also presented me with a beautiful bouquet of white roses. I will never forget this day as long as I live and I will always remember the extra special attention that Sanderson Lincoln provided to present my gift to me. My husband tells me they went out of their way to help him gift this marvelous automoble to me. I must add that after driving this automobile it is even more impressive. It not only is a beautiful automobile but it is a dream to drive. Thank you Sanderson Lincoln for making my 48th anniversay better than a 50th!!!Best Experience In Car Buying

I was most impressed with the professionalism and style of my Client Advisor Dave H from the time that I made the phone call… to inquire about my Lincoln Navigator through, ultimately, the purchase of the vehicle. Dave has a true gift of being customer-centered that I never felt like I was being "sold a car" but rather having someone help me to understand and fill my needs for the situation that I explained to him. Dave explained to me about the Sanderson Family and the honest way they conduct business, the Lincoln Motor Company itself, and the quality products they make and stand behind. I can honestly say that everything he said to win my trust is completely true. From the Sales Team through the Finance Department, and through the Service Department, everyone has treated me and my purchase with more of an attitude of relationship than a numbered guest. This is my first Lincoln that I have ever owned and I have always heard good things about the cars themselves. However, you all have taken this to the next level, way beyond my wildest expectations, and have made my family as important as your own. Don was a great salesman who didn't pressure me in the least. He accepted my offer with no haggling, and it was well… below the Edmunds TMV. I'm very happy with the car. While the starting price listed on their website was reasonable, I was able to negotiate a great deal and even better financing over the phone without "playing" the… game.
