  • Sloppy work

    All repairs completed. However, a wrench was left in the top part of the hood next to the plastic housing and cracked that housing as it vibrated on the way home. I didnt discover it until I popped the hood which I should have done at the dealer upon receiving the vehicle back. Now I have to repair the plastic housing which is going to be no easy task since the van is a 97. Also the break fluid reservoir lid was left barely closed causing over filled break fluid to leak all over the place. Just another example of sloppy work at Midway Chevy. And they are so cheap they dont even pay for you a ride share home anymore. But still charge high prices!

    Several things went wrong with the car over a two-three week period. Service advisor incredibly good at answering questions with patience and tried to be helpful even when I was not making his job easy. Very professional!

    Hugh is the best service rep we have ever had! He is an asset to Chevrolet. When vehicle was brought to dealer he noticed there was a recall and had that issue repaired.

    I recently met my new Service Manager, Vince. He is awesome. Explained everything that my car needed and answered all my questions so that I understood what he was explaining. Turned out, I didn't need the service as I got a new vehicle from Midway, but he will be my Service Manager ongoing.

    Daniel C. is a professional. He provides technical information, recommendations, options, estimates and a excellent completion time. He comes through with all expectations every time. Great followup status and ever feel pressured to get things done. Super service department. The only place that services and repairs my (All-4) chevy vehicles.

    Repair was made timely in conjunction with the insurance company. Once service was completed Scott brought the car to the front and went over the repair work with me. Car looks like new. Good job, Midway.

    This was my first visit to Midway Chevrolet I made an appointment for an a/c Service issue. It was done in a timely manner. No hidden out-of-pocket cost or fees. It was covered buy my warranty. I also purchased an extended warranty plan. Ms. "B". Barrera service advisor, was outstanding. She got me the best deal on a new extended warranty plan and was very helpful, informative, and friendly. I recommend this dealership.

    I did damage to my new Traverse, ran over road debris, and damaged my muffler and exhaust system. Expensive lesson for me but they did a great job fixing my truck, providing Uber rides to and from work and my truck was washed and ready to get when I got there to pick it up.

    We purchased a 2019 Chevy Colorado and opted for the spray-on bed liner. We were very satisfied with how it came out. The service team explained the process, explained the differences between a sprayed on bedliner and drop in style, which assisted in our decision. The work was completed and our truck delivered in the time frame it was promised.

    I took my Colorado in to get the pick up bed sprayed and when I got it back the tailgate top piece was scratched. They fixed it in a half an hour and I was gone. Unbelievable!
