    Found a Tahoe I was looking for with the options I wanted. I went through the internet sales department to purchase the vehicle. I drove to Midway to sign the purchase agreement and leave a deposit since the vehicle was in transit. After arriving at Midway I asked about a more definitive delivery date, I was informed that the vehicle I was purchase was not available as the General Manager was purchasing the vehicle for his son. I am totally confused at the ineptitude of the sales team as well as why this would even show as available inventory. I even asked to speak to the GM with no call, text or email. I will now order exactly what I want through Van Chevrolet. I highly recommend seeing Scott Daly. Not only will he find you the best deal but is honest as well.

    Hugh is the best service rep we have ever had! He is an asset to Chevrolet. When vehicle was brought to dealer he noticed there was a recall and had that issue repaired.

    I recently met my new Service Manager, Vince. He is awesome. Explained everything that my car needed and answered all my questions so that I understood what he was explaining. Turned out, I didn't need the service as I got a new vehicle from Midway, but he will be my Service Manager ongoing.

    Daniel C. is a professional. He provides technical information, recommendations, options, estimates and a excellent completion time. He comes through with all expectations every time. Great followup status and ever feel pressured to get things done. Super service department. The only place that services and repairs my (All-4) chevy vehicles.

    Repair was made timely in conjunction with the insurance company. Once service was completed Scott brought the car to the front and went over the repair work with me. Car looks like new. Good job, Midway.

    The sales staff was all over the place. Had a super relaxed salesperson to start, then worked with someone that start yelling at me to "take the deal." Then got another chill person, then an overly mothering finance person, who was helpful but also over the top with the lecturing. Ultimately they helped me get in a car, but the experience could have been more consistent.

    Amber warmly greeted my daughter and I after several grueling hours at another dealership. We shared what we were looking for and Amber asked for a chance to earn our business. Amber was very attentive and concerned about our needs. She even bought us dinner as we finalized our deal! Amber was very personable and honest. Everything she promised, she delivered.     This was my first visit to Midway Chevrolet I made an appointment for an a/c Service issue. It was done in a timely manner. No hidden out-of-pocket cost or fees. It was covered buy my warranty. I also purchased an extended warranty plan. Ms. "B". Barrera service advisor, was outstanding. She got me the best deal on a new extended warranty plan and was very helpful, informative, and friendly. I recommend this dealership.

    I did damage to my new Traverse, ran over road debris, and damaged my muffler and exhaust system. Expensive lesson for me but they did a great job fixing my truck, providing Uber rides to and from work and my truck was washed and ready to get when I got there to pick it up.

    We purchased a 2019 Chevy Colorado and opted for the spray-on bed liner. We were very satisfied with how it came out. The service team explained the process, explained the differences between a sprayed on bedliner and drop in style, which assisted in our decision. The work was completed and our truck delivered in the time frame it was promised.

    I took my Colorado in to get the pick up bed sprayed and when I got it back the tailgate top piece was scratched. They fixed it in a half an hour and I was gone. Unbelievable!
