    Bought a Genesis G70 09/29/2023 from Hertz Car sales 1133 West Bell Rd Phoenix AZ 85023. Returned car 10/04/2023 after inspection showed damage and painting from an apparent accident. Hertz Car sales states that it will take 8 weeks to… refund my purchase price. Unacceptable. Beware of this deceptive advertising on their web site which states they will refund your money after returning your car within 7 days. They don't state that it will take 8 WEEKS to get your money. Salesman Ron states that it's not his problem.
