by 1stLexus on 11/08/2017It would be impossible for me to be more pleased with the folks at Superstition Springs Lexus. I saw an online post for a used Lexus, called and was connected with Bob Atanasio. Of course, when I got there and drove the car, it wasn't for… me but Bob let my husband and I just take the lot in, poke around and test drive other cars. When I saw a car that really piqued my curiosity but was totally unfamiliar with, Bob shared a very detailed take on the vehicle. Still, be the nerd that I am, I wanted to do my own research. There was ZERO pressure from Bob or anyone else at the dealership to get a deal done until I was 100% comfortable. After doing my due diligence, I scheduled a test drive of the new Lexus the very next morning. Less than 24 hours after meeting Bob, I was driving away with my first luxury car. Soup to nuts, this was the easiest car purchase I've ever been associated with. The customer service we received from Brent, Mark Dent our sales person and Will Granita our finance person far exceeded what we have grown accustom to receiving… at a car dealership. I would and will recommend them to everyone I know!A great car buying experience

He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with operating all aspects of the vehicle before I drove it off the… lot. Everyone who was involved in the process… could not have been more cordial or professional, and my Sales Consultant David Schmidt was Great! From the speed at which my internet inquiry was responded to by the Internet Director, Rashad Creigh, to getting my questions answered about the Used Vehicle I was interested in by the Salesperson who took it in trade, Easton McIntosh, the treatment I received from my Sales Consultant, David Schmidt, the quick and easy negotiations with the help of the Sales Manager Dan Swenson, and the ease with which the Finance Director, Mathew Samselski, made the final paperwork, Id rate this a 10! From the time I pulled onto the lot until the time I was driving away with my new vehicle was under 2 ½ Hours! If you are looking to get New or Used vehicle I would HIGHLY Recommend that you get in touch with David Schmidt at Superstition Springs Lexus and allow him and the rest of their Great Staff give you the same Red Carpet service which I experienced!
