Great Experience

The salesman Jacob was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were looking to purchase. The finance department was very… transparent through the entire process making it a swift process.Just picked up our perfect Bronco Sport!
by Tim W on 09/27/2021We went to the dealership just for a test drive. Due to vehicle shortages, we weren't sure they would have what we were looking for, but they had a few similar models for sure. After arriving and working with Jose, he showed us the exact… model we wanted, with the color and interior we wanted, with all of the features as well. It was like it was meant to be. Jose worked with us on trading in our vehicle and helped get everything set up so that we were 100% ready to go as soon as all the paper work was signed. Seriously, ask for Jose when you go. by Anthony Filardi on 09/27/2021Was talking to Peoria Ford for Months (May-June) trying to order a 2022 Super Duty. Kept being told it was impossible to do it. Also received calls every 3rd day from them asking about my “inquiry about a new Super Duty” but in the end not… able to do anything about it. Then when I found out myself on Ford.com they were available, the dealer called me that same day and Still told me it wasn’t an option. Ended up getting ahold of Brett Durante at Larry Miller Ford and had my order placed July 15th, And Received The Truck September 23rd!!!! I was informed I could have placed the order Months Prior of the day I finally got in touch with someone that knew what they were doing. There were about 5 other things I was told was impossible that I found out were not. Also, I didn’t have to pay a crazy “market adjustment” like most all other dealers are doing right now! Jacob is the Best

We decided to go bronco sport hunting and Larry H Miller was the last on our list. Save the best for last as they say. Working… with Jacob Burns and his team was not anywhere in that range of experience. Jacob crossed the line into the world of an enjoyable experience. Bad service! Should be no stars!
by Perphillia Whiterock on 09/06/2021Got a used vehicle and it turned out to be trash! Sales person Gibby basically forced us into getting the vehicle even though we refused! When vehicle started shaking the day after bringing it home, it did get serviced by a Honda… dealership. They told LMF where was nothing wrong with it and vehicle was returned to us. Tried to call LMF endlessly, leaving voicemails left and right and finally got a hold of Austin and he basically said he didn’t care and it was another Honda dealerships problem even though the vehicle came off their lot. Told him I was going to write a bad review about LMF and he told me to go ahead and he didn’t care.I LOVE MY BRONCO!

Amazing experience

Even got my truck delivered. The… follow up has been great as well as execution on every level. From one sales guy to another great job fellas !
