Just got my first new car. No more used cars for me, Muhammed really helped me make a deal work that I was comfortable with despite all the negatives working against me, I can't recommend this Courtesy Superstition Springs Doge highly enough, it's well worth the pilgrimage.

Impeccable service that can't be beat!

I brought my car in for a diagnosis on a sensor issue I was experiencing. I was told by my vehicle manufacturer that it would be $1k to replace this particular sensor and that there was no alternate option. I naturally wanted a second opinion. I scheduled service and was able to get in quickly. The technician was able to diagnose and confirm it was the faulty sensor and source a re-manufactured sensor for me at a much lower cost. The work was completed and I haven't had an issue since. They were extremely helpful, resourceful, and quick to help me with the sensor issue. Would highly recommend coming here for service.

I took my RAM in for a check engine light diagnoses for a second opinion. I’m glad I did. The repair was a lot less than the other dealer quoted me and it’s running great. I would recommend this service department to anyone and Darrell was very helpful With explaining what was needed.

My service guy Darrell was very knowledgeable. He was able to get me in and out within 2 days. I was expecting a week to be without my vehicle. I would highly recommend the service department. I will definitely be back when I need some thing.

Worst service shop ever...

I've had 2 vehicles taken to this shop and both times were ridiculous. This time my 2020 ram was in the shop for almost 40 days!!! It went in with front end suspension issues and it just started from there. I did the warranty and approved dance, then getting parts, control arms, gear rack, yadaya. Then parts started showing up just to find out the parts they said are in the shop weren't there after all, so again had to order. Then somehow it got lost in transit, this is week 3 plus now. Told me 2 weeks til it showed up. After 1 month they offer me a rental for 50a day on them but I pay anything else, insurance and whatnot. Then when part shows up and is being fixed the rear control arms are the problem for alignment so again, warranty, approved, and order till fixed. So I waited for almost 2 months for this to get done and just kept hitting snag after snag all the way through. So as of now 2 horrible experiences I will never go back to this service shop again...

They care about the customer experience! From beginning to end! Matt Brown in service was with it! When I dropped off my car it was mad house busy. When it was time for pick up he stayed a little longer at end of day so I can pick up my car. It was my fault for running late at work. No fuss from him. Getting your car service is stressful especially when when that bill comes in, so thank you again for the service! Go see Matt Brown in service people!

I went into Courtesy Dodge because my truck was giving me issue and I needed some help, big time. Anyway I went to the dealership and the back parts guy, Derrick was amazing! He helped me find the parts I needed, he even went out to my truck with me to make sure it was the correct part. Great dealership, even better employees.

Pete is amazing! This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! We asked Pete if we could make paperwork quick because my husband works early in the mornings and he and the finance guy (I think his name was Jim) were so quick! We really appreciated that they listened to our request and followed through, we have never had a Dealership do this for us!
