    I had a great experience at the CardinaleWay dealership. Matt S and Thomas M were very friendly and helpful and were able to find me the car I wanted and give me a great deal on it. I wanted a car that wasn't on any dealership lots yet, but Matt and Thomas went the extra mile to find me the car with my specifications and while I am waiting for it to arrive at the dealership, they gave me a loaner car to drive in the meantime. They truly care more about meeting the customer's wants and needs rather then trying to "sell" people and make a profit. I highly recommend this dealership- specifically Matt S and Thomas M.

    I had great service with Wayne D. and Mike G. They helped me buy a new car and stay within my budget. They even went over how to use all the functions of the car and went over my warranty. I am very impressed.

    My wife and I recently purchased a CX5 from this dealership. When we first went in about a month ago, for a test drive, we knew we would return. We felt right away that these guys are an honest bunch and would work to get us a great deal on the car. They did!! Great experience. Will return for sure when the time comes. Thanks Dan and Wayne for a great car buying experience.

    I have waited to write this review because I believe that a car buying experience does not stop when you drive off the lot. I believe that a car buying experience last as long as you own the car. This dealership has been there for me with every test I have given them. Drove up one day and asked them to check the air in my tires, like they promised I could. They not only checked the air in my tires, but rotated them. I just asked about an oil change, they took care of scheduling it for me at a low cost with again, a tire rotation and car wash! Silas McCracken has followed up with me to see how my family and I are enjoying our Mazda CX 9 and it makes me feel good to know that I purchased this vehicle from a dealership that cares. The best car buying experience I have ever had. I have had my vehicle for 3 months and they still treat me like a new buyer.

    I brought in a car to trade and they gave me a fair price, in fact, exceeded my expectations. I was given an excellent deal on a 2011 M3 and was treated very well. No pressure, and Will M was very patient and helpful with all the questions and issues I had. For a great used car buying experience, go see Will at this dealership. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

    My wife and I went in to check out the new CX-5. We were greeted by Robert. He showed us the features and benefits of the CX-5. We test drove the Touring and did not like the ride. We test drove the Grand touring and liked the vehicle. They did not have the color and features we wanted. We were told by Robert that he could find us the car that we wanted. When we went inside, that is when Cardinale Way Mazda's true colors came out. I asked for the best price, I was told full sticker 29204 plus 1895 Desert protection package, 4 (highest in town) 499 doc fee (highest in town), tax and license. I let Robert know that I was looking for a deal? He told me there is only about 900 mark up in these cars and they can't keep them in stock. I told Robert I would consider 27000 plus tax, 499 doc, and license. He came back with 27500 plus tax doc and license. I told him that I need to work out the money and would get back to him. When I got home the out the door price just did not add up. The out the door price included the 1895 Desert protection package (highest in town). I called the next day and asked about the Desert protection package and Robert let me know that the package is mandatory and everyone has to pay the 1895 fee. He also let me know that they need to "Keep the lights running". I let Robert know that this brings the price up to 29400, 200 over sticker and I did not think I would be a good fit for Cardinale way and asked it he knew of any dealers that did not charge such a high Desert protection package. He never even let me know what the Desert protection package fee is???? He would not stop calling, 2 days later when he called I let him know that we purchased another vehicle at another dealer and we were not required to pay for the Desert protection package. Robert kept calling, I quess he did not believe me? He called me a week later letting me know that he wants to deal. I told him I have all ready purchased a new car and if he did not believe me, I would be happy to show it to him. My advice, do your homework like I did and don't let salesman like Robert intimidate you. I am not intimidated by car salesman.

    My car had a small dent in the side. They were able to repair and fix the dent perfectly, so it the car looks brand new again. Gary called me as soon as it was ready.

    I was first quoted a price via text of $12,000 for the vehicle I was interested in, then $12,800. I was then verbally over the phone given the price of $14000 after taxes and other fees. After I had driven 45 minutes to the dealership, waited for 30 minutes for someone to find the keys, I finally drove it. It hadn't been cleaned and was full of pet hair. After being told it would be cleaned and a broken part would be fixed, I decided to buy it. I was then told that the price was $13,900 BEFORE taxes and fees. They are [non-permissible content removed]. DO NOT waste your time with this dealership!
