    It felt like dealership does not care about customer service anymore you think having a vehicle and bringing back to dealership to get repairs would be a good feeling but the service department it not concern with customer service or customer experience.

    You schedule a repair and told upon arrival it would be 24 to 48 hours before they would look at the vehicle. This is unsatisfactory.

    Everything went good. I did come on the end of the month where it is busy for service closing out tickets. The only issue I did was I did wait for me vehicle because I lived farther away than the 10 miles the shuttle went. It was a long day, but Jonny did a great job coming and telling me what is going on.
