  • Great Sales Experience

    AutoNation reserved a car for us while it was in transit with no deposit. Despite multiple delays in delivery to them Leo, our salesman, kept us informed during the entire process. When they received it, they set up an appointment to complete the financing and sales. The entire process was relatively quick. There was little pressure by financing to push add-ons. Due to the quick turn-a-round for us to pick it up, they did not get to tint the windows, but have worked with a local AutoNation (we do not live in Phoenix area) to get our windows tinted.

  • Car broke down day after purchased

    First time buying a vehicle for the first time in 8 years, I have heard great things about autonation. The salesman Carlos was a pleasure to work with, but, the vehicle ended up having to go in the shop in the next day I bought the vehicle, costing me alot of money out of pocket, these vehicles are guaranteed to have a inspection. I guess my vehicle was overlooked. Will not do further business or recommend friends or family to this dealership. BE AWARE if you buy a vehicle that is used.

    I had my 2020 Trax In for service recently, for regular maintenance. Thomas M was professional, really cares and listen to my concerns. The dealership provided me with a free multi-point inspection, along with my regular oil change and tire rotation. I dropped the vehicle off and waited with a great cup of coffee. In less than an hour Thomas brought my paperwork and off I went. I noticed they had also washed the exterior before returning it to me. I've used this dealership for many years and find them to be honest, reliable and genuinely concerned about quality service.

    I'm usually wary around car salesmen but Jay was the opposite of what I expected. He was great!!!!! He took the time to help me find what I was looking for during a chip shortage that limited the number of trucks available and he found one that was in transit and I bought it sight unseen. I now have the truck and absolutely love it. If you want a good experience in buying a car, be sure to ask for Jay Penn and he will take care of you!!!!

  • Stay Away

    If I could give them zero stars I would. In my 55 years of driving and buying cars this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The third week of September 2020 I contacted Internet Sales to discuss a used vehicle they had on the lot. A few days later I drove the 115 mile to the dealership to test drive the car. The sales person gave me numbers and I said I would think about it overnight. The next day I called and said I would purchase the car for cash and told them I wanted the car registered in my Trust. I sent back the purchase. agreement, my Trust documents, as well as insurance card etc. When I went to pick up the car I met with the dealership finance person who had the forms filled out in my name rather than the Trust. He hand wrote in the Trust name on the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) forms and told me that would work. A month later I had not received the title or plates and my temporary plate was expiring. I called the dealership several times but no live person answered, I had a choice of pushing buttons to reach sales or service neither of which I wanted. I went on the website live chat twice and got nowhere with that. I finally contacted sales and asked a sales person to leave a message with the finance person. The finance person called and told me the paperwork was filled out by the sales people in my name, not the Trust, and I could get the title in my name and then go to MVD and re-register the car in the Trust. I told him that was unacceptable and if sales made the mistake it was up to them to correct the paperwork. At this point I finally contacted MVD and filed a complaint with the MVD Inspector General and got a detective assigned to the case. I had to pay to have an inspection done and pay to get another temporary plate. The dealership sent me new forms to sign, which I did and returned on November 24th. Now, (mid-December 2020) more than two months since I purchased the car I still don’t have a title or plates or any further communication from the dealership.

  • Oil change nitemare

    In mesa for 2 months, 2019 chevy traverse needed oil change and tire rotation. I thought Id use a chevy dealer (autonation) in mesa , what a mistake !!! I called and made a appointment for 1pm, got there at 12:45pm. Got into parking lot , noticed a car salesman walking out the front door , so I stopped to ask him where to go for service ? He looked at me, and walked away !!! I found the service dept. and was told my vehicle would be ready in 2 HOURS !!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME !!!! I waited 2 hours total for a oil change and tire rotation !!! Then when car was done they told me someone would bring it up to front of dealership. I waited another 10 minutes and NOBODY came. I finally walked to east end of dealership and saw my car parked, nobody around. Finally located a guy cleaning up cars and asked him for my keys. I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO A QUICK CHANGE PLACE !!! Would NOT recommend this dealership for a CAR WASH !!!!!

    Everyone from the sales representative Bret, sales manager Matt to the finance team Megan & Lisa was amazing.     This was one of the best buying experiences ever. No pressure (internet sales), no haggling, their advertised price was the real deal (another local dealer was $3,000 more on the same vehicle), a fair trade in on my vehicle, easy financing, and great service to boot.
