Poor Business Practice and Customer Service
by KJeffcoat on 12/14/2023Worked with MB Gilbert to find a car, found a car I was willing to purchase, negotiated and agreed on the price, and had them prepare the documentation to make the purchase. I received funding, communicating with the salesman the full… time, and got the check from my bank that afternoon. I then setup an appointment for 1:00 the next day. They confirmed my appt by email that night. The day of my appt (10:00am), they text me and said that they were sorry - they had sold the car the night before. I tried to call and talk to their GM (Mike) and got pushed around to various people that couldn’t offer any information or solution. I believe that this is extremely poor business. Setting an expectation, negotiating and agreeing on a final price, setting up an appt and then selling the car out from under me was a shock and shows their lack of appreciation for agreements and ultimately their customers. I left Mercedes with my $50k and bought a BMW. They have lost my business and any future business.

Very poor service
by Donnal Langston on 01/17/2023The staff in sales or finance departments do not return phone calls. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership that was a trade in. We were told the car would be detailed and have a full tank of gas. Transport company picked it up to… find it was dirty inside and had a empty tank. No paper plates were on the car and the original sales receipt and registration was delivered late. I've called and emailed several times to inform them of the poor service and there is no response. The General Manager is always busy and voice mail is full! I don't understand how people rate the dealership so high. Our experience with them was shoddy.
