Easiest process ever!!!
by Kim on 06/11/2025I went in looking at a chevy track, but walked out with a mazda sport thanks to Jose!!! The process was easy and smooth. I was able to test drive multiple cars i was interested in, as well as look inside multiple models. In the end I walked… out with a car i LOVE and the price i liked. Old dog learns new trick

We were a bit skeptical when I called and talked to someone that was not even at the dealership but would be making our app to test drive and answer any questions. I felt uncomfortable not… being able to speak to a person to where I was going. Jerome assured me of this new car buying experience. He set me up and I received a text to start the process within minutes. After reviewing the trucks online that we were looking at I had found the add had conflicting information. I texted Jerome and with in minutes of a text he checked and confirmed the correct information. Now I’m feeling better about the experience. Being optimistic we kept are appointment and so glad we did. We were greeted by Austin and he introduced us to Josh. I think we surprised Josh when we said we are here to test drive 4 trucks when his paperwork from Jerome had only one. Within minutes he reflected and said please wait as I get the other four trucks lined up for you right away. So great to see someone take initiative without question and make it happen. Thru the whole process we had every request and question answered immediately by Josh or his lead support Austin. This was done without having to go to back and get information like the good old days, wink wink. In the end we walked out with a beautiful truck without any of the typical dealer ship BS. The pricing was tight and any extras were explained very well. They were both very accommodating. We left very relaxed and pleased with our purchase. We feel the internal teamwork and positivity here at Echo is very refreshing. Thank you guys.Thank you for sharing your experience with us! No pressure, no misleading tactics—just a straightforward process that left me feeling great about my purchase. Every other car-buying experience left… me drained and dreading the process, but this was completely different. I honestly don’t know how Echopark makes money—I got my car below dealer auction price, and they gave me what I expected for my trade-in, factoring in tax savings. Maybe it’s all about volume, like Amazon. Regardless, I hope they stick around because I won’t be going back to traditional dealerships. John was straightforward, and the finance rep was the first I’ve met who didn’t feel like a scam artist. No hours-long upselling—just a quick, honest, professional experience. Thank you, Echopark. Beating the stereotypes!

Rafael & Rick were so helpful in listening to what I needed without trying to upsell. Sales is a job for outgoing, social people but I… didn't expect to feel like long time friends car shopping together. There were no underlying pressures or hidden features. The CarFax is openly discussed and reviewed with you as well. R & R were patient with all my questions as well as give honest feedback and opinions. I felt safe in their judgement and able to trust I was getting the best deal on my vehicle. Every base was covered with these two. Customers truly do come before the checks here -- every paper was explained to me before signing in user-friendly terms.
