However, William and Taylor did a great job of answering my questions, helping me arrive at the best decision (I bought a Ford Maverick) without the hassle and condescension… that I’ve experienced elsewhere. She listened to my personal wants in a vehichle and help me find what I both needed and fit within my budget. Jessie, in finance, listened to my concerns and was open… in sharing how she went about to find me a good finance deal. I never felt any "upsale pressure" but was presented with options such as an extended warranty and witch lending institute was offering what rate. It was a good, positive, experience. by Scott77 on 06/06/2023Salesman and finance department were good to work with. The quality of the detail service was poor. There needs to be more time spent. Not just a quick vacuum and a wipe down. I had to spend a lot of time getting the previous owners dog… hair out.The dealership made it right. They really seem to care about providing good customer service. If I could edit the original review I’d give them five stars.
