All-Star General Manager AJ Britton!

AJ Britton, the manager of this dealership is absolutely an all-star. Goes so far above and beyond to try and make a customer happy and it is quite obvious he is 100% genuine in his service. Most importantly, he is super competitive in… pricing and will do whatever he can within reason to earn your business! You can just tell he is in the position he is in because he knows how to connect with customers, but most important, he is honest. He will do what he can and apples to apples, I am confident he will beat his competitors pricing to earn your business and he does it with a smile. I am from out of town and randomly reached out to the dealership. AJ promptly responded to me. I am shipping my car from this dealer to the mainland and that did not deter AJ one bit from trying to make a very fair deal to earn my business. Most MB dealers will not go through this much effort for an out of state customer who will not use their dealership for service, etc and possibly will not be a loyal retun customer. Not AJ, he treated me just as well as if I were a local customer who walked into the dealership. Cannot give more praise to Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage - thank you for distinguishing yourselves as one of the top Mercedes Benz dealers in the USA.

Service Department is great

Not high end service
by Jennifer on 09/24/2021Purchased a MB in the spring, plauged with issues from the get go...I now have a real health and safety concern and the service department is totally closed and can't get me in until November 1? I have exhaust venting into my car and my… children and I rely on this vehicle! I purchased a high end car in order to avoid this kind of problem! Don't buy from here...they are not living up to the MB standard!
