    From my first phone call to having car delivered to my door. I found this the easiest experience in purchasing a car in my life. My sales person, reception, vehicle check in person, detailers were all friendly, no pressure, experienced and knowledgeable. I feel the only slight drawback was I had to call to check on status of timelines on delivery and financing paperwork being completed. It would have been better if I received a text or phone call keeping me up to date. I was given a ball park idea but a more precise time line would have allowed me to plan my days ahead. This was a minor issue. I would buy my vehicle and recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

    That was my first time dealing with Donohoo. The experience was stress free. Went up and test drove one day, the next day which was purchase day, I was in and out on less than a hour.  I do plan to do business with Donohoo in the future. Jonathon and Marci were absolutely amazing!!

    They were absolutely amazing! From sales to service you can not find a nice group of people! They went above and beyond what any other dealership would have done! Jimmy Burns the service manager is the most honorable man! Donahoe has a customer for life in us!

    Very good experience with Donohoo Auto. Well organized and maintained facilities and on-point customer service. And to top it all off, including the test drive, we may have been there an hour!! Will most definitely buy there again.

    Less than a week of ownership and my rear view mirror fell off my 2015 Q40. I can’t even use the warranty they sold me because it was previously fixed, but not at an authorized dealership. The car fax said nothing about that.

    Bought a golf sportwagon sight unseen from out of state. Everything was taken care of. Daughter just showed up and picked it up. All communication was easy and quick. Car is as advertised dealership here in SC says all records are good and all services were dealership complete.would definitely do it again
  • Dishonest and Bad Experience

    After viewing a vehicle online, I contacted the dealership and made plans to go and view/ inspect the vehicle. I was waiting to hear back from a Sales Rep because I was told that the vehicle was going to be pulled into their shop, and would therefore not be ready to be looked at via email.  I made it perfectly clear that I was interested in the vehicle, and would be in the dealership area in 4 days. It seemed every time I called or emailed to check on the car it was waiting to be serviced, for a seatbelt, and/or something else. When last contacted 3/26/18  via email Sales Rep indicated car “was still waiting to be pulled into the shop, and it would be ready soon.” Contacted Sales Rep via email four times, called the dealership and left a message , but call was never returned. Clearly, they are not in the business of showing customers cars that are in their shop. It was Sales Rep responsibility to contact me once vehicle was out of the shop and ready to be looked at. The truth of the matter is they were Bs-ing me the entire time. For that I have no forgiveness.  They could offer me a Ferrari for the same price, and mileage and I would pay double at one of their competitors.  I will NEVER buy from this dealership or refer them. If they could not be honest with me before I made a purchase, it’s very doubtful they could ever be honest as to the condition, or functioning of the car. I consider the Sales Rep personally, and because of his actions, everyone at the dealership, a group of dishonest and fraudulent people. It would be one thing if this was the first time something like this has happened, but looking at two other reviews, it clearly is not. Unfortunately, two other customers had similar experiences one on February 2 and the other Feb 7 of 2018. Please spare their jargon about the dealerships “no pressure sales policy,” getting back to me with the information I requested is not pressuring me. Finally, I called the dealership and spoke to another Sales Rep, only to be told that the person I was originally dealing with, no longer works for the dealership. Either that or he’s just covering for that person , that and the car was sold.

    I was ready and will to buy a Z71 Tahoe and wanted to trade a vehicle in that was still under warranty and well taken care of. The appraiser would not even make an offer. I have never had such a strange experience with a dealer not being willing to even talk about my trade. I would not recommend trying to do business with this place.

    Searched the web for a clean used vehicle for my daughter. I had purchased a vehicle from Donohoo before and again they had the best vehicle at the best price. Very friendly people, NO Pressure, and whole process was fast and easy. I would highly recommend you give them a look.

    Donohoo is such a different place to buy a car. You do not have to worry about the haggling because they offer fair prices to begin with. The process is fast and painless. This is my second car I've bought from them and I will buy my third here!

    This is the second car we have purchased from them, along with a purchase from my son-in-law. We researched for quite some time looking for the perfect SUV for us and they not only had it, but had the best price by far. No haggling, theirs was the best price right up front. We came from NW FL and drove up and got the car in one day. We are totally delighted in the car (Infiniti QX60) and in our dealings with Donohoo.

    We purchased a used vehicle with very low mileage. Vehicle was in excellent condition. Sales Rep Trey Anger was outstanding in helping us and making sure all our needs were met. He went above and beyond his normal duties. All members at the dealership treated us like royalty. We flew in and they picked us up in first class style. Everyone was awesome. We would definitely recommend them to all our family and friends.

    Purchasing a car from Donohoo Auto was incredibly simple. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer, and it was quite different than I expected. I kind of wanted the typical situation where a salesman would should me a bunch of different cars to check out, but I got a much better experience instead. To go into detail: I arrived, selected a list of cars to test drive via browsing their selection on row of computers set up behind the front desk, test drove them without the salesman, and was given as much time as I needed to narrow down my options. After selecting a car, we sat down, quickly discussed warranty options available to me, and ran my credit through their list of bankers. While waiting, I grabbed some free tea & a water that they provide. Once the results came back, he showed me the best one, and even got them to lower my interest rate after I was disappointed with the first result. Once again, I was given plenty of time to decide whether to go ahead and take the car home. I ended up buying the car. TL;Dr - Fairly quick, very low pressure experience from a non-commissioned sales team. Not the typical experience.
