by Daveena Patel on 10/02/2023Tiffany made the car-buying process very easy! She actually took the time to get to know me and my car needs, and recommended the perfect car for me! The best part about Tiffany is she directly talked to me, while other dealerships tended… to look down on me and only acknowledged my brother and dad because I am a young female. I've been to dealerships where they did not acknowledge what I wanted in a vehicle and tried to oversell me on certain features, but Tiffany only recommended features that would be beneficial to me without pushing. She was so professional and honest during the entire process and Tiffany is definitely the reason I followed through with the purchase of my Infiniti QX 60! Tiffany even managed to get my new car to Birmingham the day after we submitted the papers! Tiffany thank you for making our purchase such a pleasure!! We appreciate your help and knowledge about the cars you are… selling. You are amazing and were so dedicated to helping us get the vehicle we wanted. There were no high pressure sales or BS! Had enough of that at other dealerships. Also a big thank you all around to Timberly Green the Finance Manager, Mark Mitchell the General Sales Manager and Julius Robinson the Sales Manager. Each of you had a hand in making our purchase such a pleasure!! Every single person we came in contact with or even passed by was so friendly and extremely nice. Even after buying our car I have been back and it's the most welcoming experience I've ever had at any other dealership. They know what matters and it's not being friendly in the moment until you make a sale, but building a relationship with your customers and keeping them happy with their purchase.
