by Selena v on 03/28/2024I took my gmc in and they kept it for 4 weeks. Charged me $700 and drove the vehicle for 4 days and it still has the same issue it had when I took it in. They wanted to send it to gmc for further diagnosis but wanted to charge and arm and… leg. Melissa is very rude and has no costumer service attitude. Everytime I called to check on my vehicle they would always ask who told you? When I would tell them someone called and gave me information on the car. They do not work as a team dean Adams and the technician was the only two who would listen to my concerns.wow, an honest and transparent dealership does exist!

I looked around locally (i live in GA) for a dealership that would actually give me a fair deal... nope (check my other reviews as they received 1 star). Let me tell… ya... not only do they have great prices on the vehicles, the staff are just as awesome. This has been the first time in a VERY long time that a car buying experience was pleasant. I was not charged any extra fees... at all. No mark ups, NO DEALER FEES (WOW).. no nothing. Not only that, they didn't try to pressure me into extra anything once i was in the store either. I'm not sure what else to say and if i could give this dealership 10 stars, i would in a heartbeat. oh and a HUGE shout out to Jason White, Tyler, Tiffany in finance, and the lady who helped show me the in's and outs of the infotainment system (sorry, i didn't remember your name but you deserve a shout out as well). Kudos guys and gals. You 4 made this a stress free buy. I LOVE my truck! (2024 LT Trail Boss 6.2L) HIGHLY recommend this dealership. First time buying a chevy and first time at this dealership. Jamey, Trevor, Tez, and Megan ( I cannot remember the name of the staff that helped with the car tech)… were all very courteous. More importantly the entire team made the car buying process easy and straight forward. No shenanigans! The price negotiated via email was honored. No ridiculous dealer fees. On test driving one of the vehicles and finding that it was not exactly what I was looking… for, Trevor guided me to another trim level that they had on the lot. When I decided to move forward with the purchase the next day, most of the paperwork was completed online. I probably spent less than 30 minutes in the dealership. Contacted Salesperson Jason Meier about a truck I saw on the site, everything was fluid, fast and easy, Jason is so solid. Michaela worked with my difficult Credit Union, and made… it so easy. Tiffany went over every feature in the truck and helped set up all the infotainment. I can't type enough words here to express how good everyone here is, professionals number one but all just really cool. Best price on trucks, awesome fair trade in, nothing like any dealership experience I've ever had or even heard of. Blown away and riding in a new Silverado!Best experience ever!

I reached out to Donohoo and they were happy to help. I special ordered my Camaro and throughout the entire… process Tyler M. sent me updates along the way. From allocation, build, shipment, delivery... i knew exactly where my dream car was along the way. I cannot recommend this dealership enough, even through i live 800 miles away, they have a life long customer.Great dealership!

I get out and look around and am not approached by on salesman to pressure me into buying a vehicle. I find a… couple I'm interested in, go inside and a receptionist asked me if I found I'd like to drive. They pulled them around for me and I drive them. Still no salesman approaches me, this is an awesome experience already! I was working with Jason Meier on the phone and I ask for him, he did a fantastic job. Excellent buying experience, I'll never buy a vehicle anywhere else.
