We had excellent service from Teddy, what a well-rounded enthusiastic young salesman he is!
We also had the utmost professional service from William Jackson. He is a true gentleman… I highly recommend you ask for both of these guys if… you’re interested in a car fromTameron.

Lived up to the hype
by shyn3nn on 05/02/2016updated 05/18/2016So I will start by saying, I don't have any other car purchase experience to compare my experience at Tameron with, but I can recognize great customer service anywhere (even over the phone). Before I ever stepped foot at Tameron, the sales… rep consistently inquired about my need for a car until I finally made a physical appearance. I must say I did reach out to other dealerships and even visited a few, but the service didn't even compare to Tameron, so I had to check it out before I made a decision. Super glad I did! To me, customer service can make or break a sale, and my sales rep definitely made that one. I have yet to mention the customer service from him after I "signed my life away". Mind you, I was car shopping because my old car quit, so I was literally walking and catching rides. I signed all my paper work and made my down payment on Saturday night. Monday rolls around for me to come back and pick up my new car, BUT I didn't have a ride and it was too far to walk. My sales rep drove all the way to Prattville to come and get me. Mind blown when he texted me and told me he was on the way. That's over and beyond great customer service and anything that he had to do. I most certainly "love the way I was treated"! Thank you Chris P.!!!! I'm also super grateful for my finance expert, and this smooth writing fine tip pen. Thanks Calvin!! These guys and others throughout Tameron lived up to the service hype and I'm glad to have experienced it. Btw I'm loving my NEW ride!!Nice

This time I had received a Facebook update stating that if I came in after 2:00 p.m. for service I would get… 15% off; however even though I mentioned it to my service tech he did not credit me the 15% at checkout. Brad listened while I explained the reason for my visit, then he wrote me up, informed me of everything to be done and the cost, and directed me… to the customer waiting area. I also visited the front desk to obtain a coupon to help with the cost of my service. Once I had dropped off the coupon with Brad, I noticed there was a gentleman who was keeping an eye on customers who came in and making sure that they were waited on in a timely manner. Once I reached the waiting area, I was again impressed: customers could watch tv, snack, read, or work on computer or smartphones comfortably in separate rooms. In addition, there was a ride offered to anyone who needed to shop close by while their car was being serviced. Such nice touches to make the service experience better. My service did not take long...perhaps less than an hour...and soon I heard that my Honda service was complete and my car was ready to go. Have to say, my service advisor, Brad Edwards, was friendly and knowledgeable about every question I had regarding the service and options available to me, as well as considerate and respectful of me and my time. Thanks for a pleasurable experience where it was obvious that Tameron wanted to place the customer first.Excellent personable service
