My family has been purchasing new vehicles from Arlington Toyota for many years; five vehicles to be exact. My parents were blessed to meet Saif Albanna upon their first visit with Arlington. They are so impressed with him that they won’t deal with anyone else. I was looking for a used vehicle, so my mom referred me to Saif. Arlington Toyota has an amazing inventory of new vehicles, but also has an expansive inventory of used vehicles as well. I was a bit nervous going to the dealership without my husband, as he was unavailable to come at the time; but Saif made me feel comfortable and at ease with my experience in looking for a vehicle. He is very easy going and great at what he does. He is not forceful, nor does he make you feel pressured when looking for the right vehicle and price. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know because he is an awesome salesman. I also wanted to remark on how great my finance manager Ali Amirov was to work with at Arlington. I feel like the financing part can be one of the most stressful part of the vehicle purchase. He was amazing at his job and very informative on helping me understand every step of the purchase process. With the help of Saif and Ali, I must say this is the best car buying experience I have ever had.

First Car Buy

Today my grandparents and I came to find a good first car for my sister and I to share. We found a good used Toyota Corolla that was a perfect fit. Our sales associate was Enid. He has a big help and was very kind. We looked around and decided to take a test drive. It was very smooth on the road and the sound system sounds great. Enid was a perfect match. He knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us find a good deal. The car looked brand new and had no issues. When we were done taking the test drive, we came inside to talk prices. He immediately got us some water and offered us popcorn. Great guy! We then went to the finance officer Abdul. He didn’t try to make us buy a plan that would put us over budget. He did a great job explaining everything in detail and made sure we understood what we were signing. These guys were very professional and made the process worth the wait. I highly recommend them!!

Matthew Sethi (car salesman) is a typical Car salesman. You know… the ones that will lie to you just to make a buck off you. First he told me I couldn’t pay with a cashiers check bc my bank was in another county even tho that same bank was 5 minutes down the road of their dealership and I got the cashiers check from that bank. Not mine back home. Second, he told me that if I financed I could pay it off within 2 days and the interest I would incur would be “The price of a Big Mac” and there would be no payoff charges whatsoever. He convinced me… that’s my own fault for believing a car salesman. Bc 2 days after I bought my vehicle from him I received my financing statements and when I clicked on “payoff vehicle” guess what??!! They charged me $400 extra dollars!! Now I don’t know where this man is buying a Big Mac for $400 but holy hell. He got me good. I mean he got me REAL good. Mostly my fault for being a sucker and believing something a car salesman says, but needless to say, they might have good prices on their vehicles but don’t trust a flippin word any of them say. Especially Matthew Sethi

Shopping for a car can be exhausting. Mr. John Dunn, our salesman at Arlington, turned it into a much more enjoyable experience. Quite a personality, he knew the inventory but let us lead the way rather than steering us, and we walked away in a car we are very happy with. A very personable salesman, and obviously enjoys his work. His interest was putting us first and that's rare at a car lot. Thank you very much John. We'll see you again. And thank you Arlington.

Big Thanks to Hatim Zouitni! Told him what I wanted and He was able to find me EXACTLY what I was looking for! In less than 24 hours I was driving my new Tacoma off the lot. Although I truly HATE the car buying experience, Hayden made it smooth and easy. I couldn't find the car I was looking for anywhere near where I lived. I found one 200 miles away. I remotely made the deal and Hayden assured me I would love the car. I took the trip, drove the car, signed the documents, and I was out of the dealership in 2 hours. Highly recommend Hayden.

Ignacio took excellent care of us and got us a great, lightly used, Tacoma pickup for a very fair price. He paid excellent attention to our needs and was very detail-oriented and transparently answered all of our questions which we greatly appreciated. We were wowed with the selection at Arlington Toyota. Our salesman, Alan Jordan, was ready for us when we pulled in to look at the available Rav 4s. Making the appointment was quick and easy and confirming it was a breeze. We liked the selection and the prices. I don't think you can find selection that compares. Alan was very informative and patient as we reviewed the large selection. He was clear and concise with our finance options.
