by jchao4755 on 01/20/2020updated 01/27/2020I was 99.5% satisfied with Selman Chevrolet services on my 2019 Silverado 1500. However, one thing bothered me a bit. On the vehicle waiting line area, there's Selman staff working on battery check. His 'gesture' and the way he acted was… unexpected. He slammed the vehicle door very hard and when he checked on my Silverado's battery, he throw and dropped his handheld device hardly into the engine room and walked away... then came back later... I don't know that's always his attitude of how he handled customers' vehicle or he got the bad mood on that particular morning... The way he's doing things really bother me a bit.Great customer service @ Selman Chevrolet
