He was personable, knowledgeable, attentive, professional. Exceeded my expectations by miles. After he gave me… advice on my car's issue, he offered a shuttle for me to wait for the repair back home instead. Then he had a driver, Roger if I remember his name right, who was awesome, come back to pick me up after my car was ready. I could not be any happier with everything. I absolutely recommend Kia of Irvine! They not only get you in on time but they offer a complimentary wash if… you w oh of like one. As well as they’re very communicative with what’s happening with your vehicle.
