    Everyone there is such a sweetheart and really nice . I had spoke to Christina about trading in my old car for a bigger car and luckily they had one that fit me ( also my dream car )she referred me to Phil who also helped me was so nice ! Made the process easy and super fast . When you go to this dealership ask for PHIL you’ll be in great hands !

    I purchased my second Jeep with this dealership and again, never felt pressured to buy a vehicle here. The staff is easy going and fun! The process didn't seem like I spent my whole Sunday afternoon at the dealership. From the time I test drove the one I've had my Eye-On, to the time I drove off the lot with my new Jeep, I didn't have feel I had that All Day experience. The dealership had a variety of choices of colors and trim lines of Grand Cherokees. Everyone we talked to you had a great personality. While you wait for the paper work to be processed, we walked around the lot looking at the different vehicles and had a great conversation with our sales rep.

    We had a great experience here. Chris did his very best to get us the best deal. Appreciated that they were willing to work with us on what we wanted. They didn't waste time getting us in and out. Would definitely deal with them again.

    Best auto purchase experience I have ever had. Very knowledgeable salesman, awesome customer service. ONLY TOOK AN HOUR, what more could you ask for? Best of all, No games, no price haggling, no sitting all day in sales office, etc.

    I am so happy with the service I got. Couldn't find a friendlier place to go. I traded in my grand Cherokee and Scott was so helpful. He went above and beyond to take care of anything that popes up. If you need a new ride go here. I am am high maintenance for sure. I love my new gladiator!!!

    Our visit was Friday evening. It appeared that many had gone for the day. Our salesman Priness greeted us professionally and was friendly through the entire process. Documents were prepared quickly.

    They sold me a vehicle $ 2000.00 more than what the vehicle was being advertised for online. Thankfully, the online vehicle ad was still on their website the next day, so I brought the matter to their attention, at the same time also reminding them that it is illegal in CA to sell a vehicle for more than it is being advertised selling for by the dealer. They ended up writing a new contract for the correct price. Also, the 2 year old (used) vehicle I bought was filthy. They insinuated it had just been brought in as a trade-in and they had not had time to clean it. However, according to Edmund's website, the vehicle had actually been sitting on their lot (or, more accurately, at the back of their dealership) for more than 6 months! I wrote an email to Tim Finegan, the owner, to see if he would pay for a detail of the vehicle to get it to same condition as any other vehicle sold by his dealership. He never responded. Consequently, I paid $ 200.00 out of pocket to get the vehicle cleaned to an acceptable level, including having to use a clay bar to remove the dirt which had been absorbed by the paint. I would NOT consider this dealership to purchase another automobile.

    Don't buy ANYTHING from Fresno Chrysler. Their salesman talked me into buying a NEW 2019 Jeep, they took my down payment after we agreed to the price and then DID NOT put the correct price on the contract. I confronted Kyle and he canceled 4 contracts I signed yet to find fault in each one and confronted his mistakes on. He wrote up 4 additional contracts which I refused to sign on 11/29. The one I finally signed was on 11/29 and still $592 over the agreed price. But better than 10K+ over the agreed price. My main issue was when this 2019 Brand New Jeep Cherokee ended up reversing on me in Park! & reversing on me in Drive!! To have the vehicle returned for service on 11/30 and be yelled at by Tim because he "had a long day" he said. He yelled at Wendy "Don't service her vehicle" then yelled at me and my mom "take your vehicle and get off my property!" We couldn't drive it it's not safe. I waited 2 hours for it to be TOWED 2 miles to them, if It was safe to drive I would have driven it 2 miles to them instead of WAITING 2 hours for a TOW. On top of that, I told my mom lets just get off his property as he ordered and as we were walking to My Moms car his employee claiming to be named "Manny" a "sales manager" Throws my brand new car keys AT My mom and I which HIT her Car AND the Street !!!! Fearful, We left ! On top of this I was only given ONE Key when I bought the vehicle. Kyle dated my contract I signed on 11/29 he dated it 11/28 to cover up his continuous attempts to FRAUD Me. Aside from all this, Tim didn't want to even hear about his employee or the car's problems after just one day driving it 45 miles. Tim said it won't change anything and that he had to get back to selling cars and had no time for my concerns. I PUT 10,200 DOLLARS Down on this SUV. To learn on 11/30 it IS A RECALL at the time It needed Service. I was at this dealership from around 4pm to 1040pm at night on 11/28. on Dec 1 I was threatened that the SUV will be REPO'd if I didn't drive it off Tim's lot. I arranged corporate to contact TIM and tell him he HAS To release my SUV To My TOW Truck. So he did. He told my TOW guy don't take the vehicle to Clovis Chrysler because he OWNS Clovis too. Tim is the owners son HUH? Well. Then I want to talk to his daddy..... This is not how you treat a customer who gives you 10,200 dollars Cash. Avoid this dealership and every dealership in Fresno Like the Plague ! because apparently he owns just about all of them. Yeah Tim was yelling at me and I was crying. I won't be crying anymore. I just received my second key finally after 2 weeks and they damaged and scratched up that key too. This won't be the only place you hear from me..... The idiocy of this dealership has caused me sleepless nights of stress.

    I was injured in a car accident. My vehicle was totaled and I was not able physically to get out and car shop, and was in a hurry. I found a vehicle I liked on the website. I filled out the inquiry and the credit application online. They found me a deal I was satisfied with and had me in a car in less than 24 hours. The finance people were awesome, very kind and helpful. Philip worked hard to get me financing. Scott, the sales person was also very helpful. They were straight with me and I didn't feel like I got a run around. They made the whole experience very simple and hassle free. Highly recommend them!

    We had gone in to just look at trucks and we met a salesman and Geo told them we wete coming back the next day. They would be off but told me to speak to any salesman and they would help. That is how we met Armando. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We felt comfortable dealing with him and the vehicle we wanted was beyond our expectations and the price was reasonable. We have been satisfied with the support staff.

    I got a used Jeep Renegade from Fresno Jeep about a week ago. The sales team was great and my salesman Jose A. was a wonderful help. I would recommend that you not waste your time at other Jeep dealers in town and just come see Jose A. I love my Jeep!

    Buyer beware!!! Went to this dealership in Fresno California to see about looking at a Dodge truck a few weeks ago. Saw a used 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel truck spoke to two sales rep that were there. That gave different stories on the reason of the trade in of the truck. Already getting a bad feeling about fresno Dodge. So went for a test drive like the truck went in did some paperwork told him that we did not want our credit to be ran five or six times. Was told that is only be run once just to see where we were at as far as financing. So I took their word for what was going to conspire. After all said and done didn't like where the Payment were going to be at couldn't negotiate what we wanted. So we left, three weeks later we start getting denial letters from three different banks saying blah blah blah about why we did not get the loan. So this is a reason why I am writing a review on fresno dodge. They are [non-permissible content removed] I will not go back to fresno dodge if there the last dealership in town I would rather buy me a horse and ride it to work. This company does not know when you speak your word your word means something. So beware of going to this place Unless you want to be taken advantage of and be told a bunch of lies. I Won't be returning back to this dealership. I'll go else where for my Truck.

    I bought my car a few years back from this dealership. I had a control number through my work so I wouldnt have to haggle with pricing. Apparently, I still had to haggle on how much gas they would give me. The guy told me he would flip me for leaving the gas where it was (an eighth of a tank) or fill it up. I went with it since i thought it was fun in games. I lost the flip and we both laughed. I said something along the lines of them not needing to put in the premium gas in it. He said we flipped on it and we lost. I shouldve walked out. The manager on duty heard us going back and fourth and agree'd to fill the tank half way. So, i reluctantly said OK. This was after they said that filling the gas comes out of his pocket... I really dont care whose pocket it comes out of. Every car should come with a full tank and every car should come washed. Regardless, I also have had bad service with their service department. (Like recalls being written up and "fixed" , but never done and finding out through another dealership that isnt owned by the family running this one.)
