Purchasing a vehicle should be a 'happy' time. Until 2015 I had always experienced 'stress' asking myself should I; is this a good deal???" I have never felt this after purchasing from Joe Holland's. Benny Morton, our contact, listened to what we wanted and delivered. We were pleasantly surprised by our trade/purchase. I would recommend Joe Holland's to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

3 Week Wait

I bought a car 6 weeks ago. The buying experience was great. But, the car started having an issue. I think it is the transmission. I have a warranty, so no big deal. I called for service, and the earliest date is 3 weeks away. I can't drive the car for fear of it breaking down. They don't have a loaner car for me. What the hell am i suppose to do? Once they sell you a car, they don't care about you any longer. This is the first and last car that I will buy from them.

4th truck purchased from Joe Holland. Rich Kingsley, Roger Miller and Brett Holland went out of their way to entire a smooth deal transpired. I purchase a new vehicle yearly (sometimes less!). When I arrived I was promptly greeted and made to feel like I was the only customer they had for the day. I do not think this was special treatment, although it sure felt like it. Just friendly and competent staff. The truck was clean and prepped and ready to go. I even got assistance moving personal items into the new truck. After a review of a few important things concerning the new truck, I felt confident that my questions were all answered effectively. Having driven 600 miles one way to make the deal, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Which, most likely I will. Joe Holland will be my first call when the search begins. I purchased my new Volkswagen Jetta GLI with 48 miles on it. After only 5 days of ownership I discovered a massive oil leak, out of alignment and a substantial baseball-size paint defect in the rear passenger door. All of which should have been caught during the pre-delivery inspection. After bringing this to Joe Holland's attention they told me to take it to the manufacturer which I did. The manufacturer offered no resolution other than the strip the door of its paint, fix the oil leak and had the alignment corrected. Manufacturer nor Joe Holland has offered any kind of compensation or resolution for me being out of my car for a full week after only one week of ownership. Also when taking it in for the oil leak I found oil smeared all over my door when I got it back. Needless to say I will never purchase another Volkswagen vehicle again and we'll never purchased from Joe Holland again.

Competent and professional sales

We had not been vehicle shopping for over a decade and dreaded the anticipated ordeal. Was not even really sure about what type of vehicle would best suit our older circumstances. Fortunately Erick Meadows really listened and directed us to the perfect solution. Very happy with our new "used" and very comfortable 2017 Colorado Z71. He did an awesome job!

After one telephone call and some information given, I went to Joe Holland the same afternoon. In less than two hours, I was out the door and on the road in my new (used, but new to me) 2006 4 dr Silverado. I think my easiest vehicle purchased I have ever had. The sales staff was great.

I just purchased a new Chevrolet Silverado. This was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership in purchasing a new vehicle. The floor salesmen, sales managers and finance department were extremely friendly, honest and very patient. They answered any questions that I had. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle them and recommend all my friends and family to do the same.

Dear Joe Holland, When I took my 2004 Silverado to the Joe Holland service department several months ago I was really impressed with Flo, Jim Barnhart and the rest of the service department staff. You were also there telling a joke to some of the staff, which I thought was great. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness and appearance of your facility. I told myself that when I decide to purchase another vehicle I will come to Joe Holland. Within the last month or so I purchased 2 vehicles from Joe Holland and I have been extremely impressed with everyone that I have come in contact with at Joe Holland. My first contact with the sales side of Joe Holland was via the internet and a phone call from John Knight. John was very courteous and helpful. Joey Gresham, my salesman was great to work with and within a matter of a few minutes I had picked out my new 2010 Silverado. A few weeks later my wife Becky and I also purchased a 2010 Santa FE from Benny Morton, who was very patient and really helped us find the car we were looking for. In these tough economic times you and your staff are a perfect model for a successful business. They truly believe in customer service & satisfaction and your facility is second to none. Thanks you all for a great experience! P.S : To the Sales Department, You need to buy lunch for the Service Department because their great customer service and the repair facility convinced me to buy from Joe Holland.
