Dear Joe Holland, When I took my 2004 Silverado to the Joe Holland service department several months ago I was really impressed with Flo, Jim Barnhart and the rest of the service department staff. You were also there telling a joke to some of the staff, which I thought was great. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness and appearance of your facility. I told myself that when I decide to purchase another vehicle I will come to Joe Holland. Within the last month or so I purchased 2 vehicles from Joe Holland and I have been extremely impressed with everyone that I have come in contact with at Joe Holland. My first contact with the sales side of Joe Holland was via the internet and a phone call from John Knight. John was very courteous and helpful. Joey Gresham, my salesman was great to work with and within a matter of a few minutes I had picked out my new 2010 Silverado. A few weeks later my wife Becky and I also purchased a 2010 Santa FE from Benny Morton, who was very patient and really helped us find the car we were looking for. In these tough economic times you and your staff are a perfect model for a successful business. They truly believe in customer service & satisfaction and your facility is second to none.
