Great experience buying a car at Bill Page

The staff, saleman, sales manager were all professional and helpful. Everything went smoothly and I also really like the chairs there at Bill Page. The Office Master ones that are red and cushiony are the best. Really nice comfortable experience during which I enjoyed my time there.

I am always pleased with the service I receive from Bill Page Toyota. One person that I would like to mention in particular is Joe Benitez, Certified Expert Assistant Service Manager. He is always kind, knowledgeable and provides service of the highest quality. Bill Page Toyota is very fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team.

Great work but honesty is the best policy

The service manager who met me at my car then completed the intake was efficient and courteous. The scheduling agent should be better informed about what recalls are and are not available and be honest when a customer asks about scheduling the work.

New truck issue resolved.

Daniel was responsive to getting me in and checking out the tire sensor issue on a brand new truck (bought the day before in PA). Found two bad sensors - both replaced under warranty. While I was disappointed in having an issue with a brand new truck (my third Tacoma) - it was immediately remedied.

out of state buyer disappointed with service dept.

Sales and finance guys were great, very helpful and fair. Service dept. dropped the ball. Service record indicated that they changed the battery weeks ago but clearly was not done. That miss step makes me question if the oil change (in the same service log) was done . Just feel I can't trust the service record.

Reliable service

I can usually get an appointment when needed. The dealership runs (mostly) on schedule (or close enough) and doesn't rip me off like some places have in the past. I really appreciate that. Scheduled maintenance seems to keep the car in good operating order. This speaks to both the quality of the car and the reliability of the maintenance performed.
